After getting off the phone with these guys, and being transferred around a few times, I'm left to believe this is a scam. CHS cold calls you, claims to find "guaranteed" renters for your timeshare getaways, then puts you on hold to confirm those renters (makes it feel real) and comes back saying they have the paperwork ready to go, they just need your credit card. They refused to send me any information without me first giving my credit card over the phone. And they're the ones who called me. I almost bought into it because of the reviews on this site, and because (cleverly) there's another "Corporate Housing Systems" company in Ohio that has an A+ BBB rating. But this CHS from Florida isn't on BBB. Looking more closely, all the other reviews here sound a bit too "generic", I would question their authenticity. They're also all within the same 2 month period (around April-May 2020) which seems suspect.

Owning a timeshare and being retired can be personally difficult to manage, especially when it is time to pay for our maintenance fees. With this program, I have been able to not only pay for my timeshare, but take extra vacations with my family. Thank you again for all of your hard work.

During this pandemic my wife and I have been out of work but thanks to yall, we have been able to recoup some funds and start being able to breathe again. We look forward to working with yall next year.

We appreciate the helpful customer service that helped us with questions when we were going through the program. The whole program was a little hard to understand at first. Now after getting 2 weeks rented out we are looking forward to getting the other 2 we listed with them handled as well.

Timeshare tours are overrated and not enough information is provided when locking into them. I recently found out about renting my time and want to thank Corporate Housing Systems for what they've shown me I can take advantage of. It has been an easy process and my guarantees are being fulfilled so fast.

Originally started with 3 weeks. When they were booked I signed up 6 and I wish they would do more! After getting a few weeks completed the first round the steps were effortless. It was the obvious choice to do them all.

I was a little worried about everything I'd say about 2 to 3 months into my contract with them. Their customer service is great and was able to help me out with all of my questions and worries. Glad I listened to them since 2 of my weeks have been rented out so far and I have 2 left that they are working on. Looking forward to getting the other 2 handled soon.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
