I paid for fast shipping for my order, which stated it should be here within 3-4 days as it was not a custom order. The item arrived after 2 and a half weeks. I contacted the company to ask where my item was before this as it had not been sent out and no one ever got back to me. Additionally, when the item arrived 2 and a half weeks late I immediately could see the terrible, terrible quality. It is made from the thinnest material. The print on the design was poorly printed and the item was not worth the money that was paid. It feels like it's just going to fall apart. There is thread hanging from the item and the stitching is awful! After paying a large amount to get this item quickly, and then get an item that was both late and horrible in quality I was extremely disappointed. I again reached out to the company and they again never got back to me. The only way I was able to reach them was via Social Media (obviously scared of a bad review, too late!) They responded to me on social media a day or two later. They did not offer to allow me to return the item, they did not offer to give me a refund. After multiple complaints and conversation they offered me 10% refund, which wasn't even the cost of the 'fast' shipping I had paid extra for! Disgusting behaviour and awful customer service. Absolutely shoddy product. Will not use ever again and will ensure that none of my cosplay friends use this service.

I have ordered last month, get it after 17 days later. The Spider man' s jumpsuit and mask. Absolutely great costume. My son got so many compliments. It was very realistic and well made.

My order number: 154790943261303 I got Tamamo Race Queen (Fate) from Cosplay Sky. The quality of the costume is amazing. The measurments are exactly as in the chart, so everything fits perfectly. The jacket is made out of faux leather, it's very durable. I've already taken this cosplay to the con and walked around it whole day - it was very comfortable and durable. I also washed it already - no problems with that. The top is very stretchy and they also added a huge flag. No negative things to say about this - everything was perfect. The shipping was really fast, too.

I bought a Star Guardian Soraka costume I have always wanted which costed around 142€. They told me it would arrive for my convention and sent me a cheaper and ugly version with no accesories and days later of the convention. I contacted them and kindly told me to refund it (which shipping costed me like 30€ more) and they would send me another. They sent me ANOTHER version of the cosplay (still a cheaper one, this one came really fast tho) and never answered me again to emails. Plus: I wrote a bad review on their page about the cosplay so people know about it and they always delete it.

I purchased a costume in January for a party and the website indicates maximum delivery of 8-14 business days however I am still yet to receive my order 30 March to Australia!!! I tried to use the buyer protection function on Paypal after the provider refused to refund my money. The seller provided Paypal with a delivery code but I still haven't received my costume. Definitely not to be trusted and I will never use them again.

I ordered two costumes and did not receive them. I have tried to email them three times without answer. Now having to go through Visa to retrieve the money they took from my card.

I bought the navy Captain America suit (from CATWS) years ago, and it is still holding up!! It is made of very sturdy material. I love the way it looks, and I've gotten very many compliments on it. The belt buckle and star and part of the harness is made of actual metal, which adds a lot to the overall look. It is one of my favorite costumes I own, and I bring it to almost every con.

I spent basically $1000 for 2 uniforms . I sent Many pictures as well as written description for material and color. When I received the costumes it was so unusable it was laughable. The color was shiny orange brown 1970 suiting material not a medium olive brown matte in the pictures. Also the pants were completely the wrong size. I should have known better .

never order from them i ordered mad hatter pants in September and i never heard anything from them never recived the pants and now i cant even find the website

IT was my daughter's birthday gift...My girl is crazy with the cosplay ,so i dicided to buy the the role she like to her as a gift. When i show up with this cosplay costume,she was surprised! My daughter is happy so i am happy .Thanks for that.

Got an Anna costume from this shop, i was pleasantly surprised that it's really good quality and overall it fits me great , it's one of best costumes for Anna that you can find in internet (i was searching a lot ) . Shipping was 3weeks and it's ok for my country . I like it . I think I'm gonna order something more from this shop.)

I ordered my Giyuu Tomioka cosplay from CosplaySky and was once again blown away by the quality! The costume fits well, is well made, and the details are accurate. I especially love the Damasque fabric they used for the haori, it makes the detail look so good, especially against the stark black of the polyester uniform! The pattern of the pants was really cleverly done and it has elastic so it can fit comfortably. They communicate very well and are highly affordable (especially for the quality). All in all, I am impressed but not surprised and I will definitely order from them again!
