Within 30 minutes of ordering my dress, I had received an email to say it had been posted!
The dress came with a note to say the zip had been checked for quality control purposes, which was great to see. The zip was fine, you just have to be careful that you don't catch a heap of the tassles on the way up/down. The length was good, longer than I thought. Very happy with my purchase :D

I found costume was a good fit, true to size, however gel strap broke first time wearing it, so dress tended to slip down. Make sure you a wearing a top underneath just in case otherwise you may reveal more than you expected.

I bought a piece of crap plastic costume from these jokers and despite stating it was size 42, I suspect it was not human sizing! It was at least four inches too wide and dug into my ribs to the point I could not wear it. When I approached them on day 7 for a return and refund they stated it was day 8 and they would only provide a credit. The complete disregard for the fact the transaction was 7 days ago and the expectation that the goods need to be returned within their ridiculous seven days (of purchase, not delivery) makes returns impossible. I would not recommend you risk getting anything from these clowns. Awful products from China, pathetic customer service!!!

I am 100% happy with the timely manner and correspondence I received while waiting for my dress. I received the dress in less than a week and the sizing was spot on. I will definitely use this site again as it was very easy to order and the range is awesome. Hardest thing was to choose which one!

I have purchased from CostumeCollection a couple of times now and am very happy with both the speed of their dispatch and the costumes I have purchased. They seem to be very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend this site.

My costume arrived within 2 days of ordering, extremely quick delivery. The top half of the costume material is very clingy, I would recommend ordering a size up. The only two negatives about this costume is that in certain lights it looks lilac/tinted purple and the veil does not come with a headband as described in the costume description so you’ll have to buy one and glue the veil to it. The costume serves its purpose and can’t wait to wear it at my end of financial year party.

I bought a Donnatello (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle) costume for my daughter and parts of it broke the instant she put it on. I had to sew some parts back together (specifically the knee and elbow pads, the elastic that goes under the shoes broke instantly too. I didn’t bother fixing that). The mask was flat and didn’t look great. The costume is itchy to wear and so my daughter had to wear clothes underneath which made it too hot and bulky (we live in QLD so it’s too hot for that). Overall, we wouldn’t recommend buying this costume. It did arrive really quickly though which I am grateful for but for the price, I expected better quality.

Did not receive my accessories which were meant to be included in my costume , after contacting customer service I was told it was definitely there, as if I would be bothered going through all this if I received them, Because I need 2 head pieces and 2 belts. All I wanted was what I paid for NOT 2 belts or 2 head pieces. After not hearing anything back after about 6 emails and phone calls I eventually told them I wanted a refund they agreed and said if it complied with there return clauses after reading those and other reviews from customers who have had similar problems, I realized I would not get my money back and am left to drive around looking for accessories to a poorly made expensive costume.
