I have bought a lot of reconditioned tools from this site. I have never had an issue with any of the products purchased. Recently I bought a disc sander but didn't try using it right away. When I did I found that it was not able to turn on. I called them to see what I could do about exchange or replacement. They sent me a shipping label and refunded my money. Great service. I will purchase another sander from them for sure. great company.

I went to the CPO Bosch website to purchase a product I needed for business on Feb 22nd. I also purchased a 2nd product during the same order, but one that wasn't time sensitive for delivery. During the purchase I was given a delivery date, Feb 27 and one tracking number. On the Feb 27th, only one product arrived. The one that was not critical, of course. After waiting on hold for costumer service over 12-min I was told that UPS had mishandled the package and he gave me a new tracking number for it. I asked why I hadn't been notified about the screw-up or additional tracking via UPS. After being placed on hold an additional 5 min the service rep now says that acutely my order shipped from 2 different warehouses and was not a UPS screw-up. However, the CPO online system only gave me one tracking number showing the best posable delivery date. Asked if this is their normal way of business the rep could not answer. The remainder of my order will be delivered on March 2nd and thats all he can do. I make business purchase decisions based on the information available. If it is going to deliver on March 2 then tell me that up front. Then i can make the decision to wait for it to save the $50 or go to Home Depot.

Ordered a hitachi circular saw though Amazon, After two weeks I receive the deliver and its not even close to circular saw some Jet remote control switch for a dust collector. Contacted Amazon they put me in touch with CPO after numerous emails and phone calls and threats I had to ship the item back to them that the shipped wrong before they would give me a credit, never once did they offer to send me the saw I ordered which was fine I wouldn't want it from them anyway after this experience. So it took about another three weeks and finally got my refund though Amazon. Customer service from CPO was horrible. Amazon service was good but they should rethink using them on there site. I would strong suggest you look for another supplier then CPO you will be sorry

I ordered a 500 dollar cordless rotary hammer from these idiots. The next day while im at work they call me to ask me the same questions that i answered for the credit card payment. They considered me a fraud and wanted to get the credit card number again. I told them to cancel the order and they just hung up. Pieces of ****! Got it on Amazon cheaper in the end.

I ordered a combo tool kit and was notified 2 days later that the item was out of stock, when it showed in-stock at the time of order. I called and they were rude, unapoligetic, and not willing to discuss an alternative for the out of stock item. Buyer beware.

I ordered a Milwaukee drill set that was advertised to include an additional battery. Following placement of the order, I never received any email confirmation or any documentation whatsoever. When I finally contacted them after seeing the charge to my PayPal they said my order has been canceled and they will be refunding my charge. I never received a refund or response after numerous emails to them. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs

Honestly at the beginning I read the reviews and than wanted to cancel my order, but I give them a chance.
Everything came on time with tracking number, boxed and secure.
Good prices good quality! Really really recommended!

I ordered a chipper shredder through eBay. Their page on ebay stated they had 10 of this item in stock. Never received response from cpo through eBay. I called 2 times in 3 weeks and was told item was shipping direct from the manufacturer. 30+ days later I still have no product. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a Porter Cable 892 router on Amazon, shipped and sold by CPO Outlets. The router came to me with a broken push button lock pin for bit changing. The black box it was in was not sealed as I'm accustomed to seeing with Porter Cable products and was also scratched on top. I emailed them about it, they hee-hawed around with the issue until it was outside their return window then simply said via email to me "sorry it's outside our return window, you need to take it up with Porter Cable" to which I was furious about and then involved Amazon. Amazon will ultimately take care of this issue but this company is HORRIBLE to deal with and should be enough for Amazon to pull the plug on these people but they won't because I'm sure CPO spends a lot of money there. So much for Bezos and his "customer centric" philosophy! It's all about MONEY plain and simple and who gets screwed in the process, the person working his **** off every day to be able to afford such tools in the first place!

Never again and I will plaster my experience with these people in every place i can possibly find to do so!

Purchased a factory reconditioned RYOBI Router on Dec 7, within a few weeks I noticed the speed was not steady and a couple of times I had to bump it and torn the switch off and on a few times to get it to run. i thought that it may be new brushes needing to settle since it worked fine for a couple more weeks but it started again. I contacted them and was told that since it was about a week over the 60 day return mark all that I could do was send it to a repair center, the shipping is about half what the router cost.

I will NEVER buy anything, not even a screwdriver from CPO again. I wish that I had read the reviews because I never would have purchased anything in the first place, but since they are a factory authorized reseller by so many manufacturers I thought that they were trustworthy, was I ever wrong. I guess that Dec 7 was MY Pearl Harbor day.

I have ordered in the past with them no problem. I purchased$299. Tool set the next day they another $299. Against my bank we recurved our purchase yesterday but I'm still chasing my other$299. That they had no authorization to do. I strongly recommended not using this company unless you want 2 charges on your bank acct

On 12/29/18 I placed a $1,163 order through Amazon ($1,235 w/ tax) (via CPO Outlets) for a Laguna Tools 1412 bandsaw. Large heavy item that requires a lift gate service to deliver. This charge showed "pending" on my credit card statement a day later.

On 1/4/19 (6 days later) I noticed Laguna Tools had a 10% off sale. I called CPO to inquire about price matching. They do not.

On 1/7/19 (9 days later) my credit card statement now showed no charge, pending or actual, for the item. I called CPO Outlets to inquire about a cancellation. I told them I would gladly accept the item if it were too late to cancel. (I'm aware of their 25% restocking fee for cancellations that have been "prepped for shipping" or that have been shipped) They told me the order had already been canceled on 1/4/19 and their records showed the item had not shipped (or been prepped for shipping). I explained it wasn't me who made the request on 1/4/19. Given all this information I requested the order to stay canceled.

About an hour after that conversation with CPO I received a call from the lift-gate service wanting to schedule a time to deliver my order. (the item had shipped and was near my home town) I told them my order had been canceled. I immediately called CPO to inform them. I told them I would go ahead with the order if this meant I would incur any "restocking fees". They told me it was "unlikely" I would have any fees attached to my cancellation. I wanted to be absolutely sure so I requested a call back from CPO once they knew for sure so I could make a final decision. I didn't hear back from them.

2 days later on 1/9/19 my credit card statement showed a charge for the item (5 days after the order was canceled). I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company. I called CPO again and reiterated my concerns of being charged a 25% restocking fee ($290) and if this were the case I would gladly accept the order. I was told it was too late and the item was back in route to Laguna Tools but it didn't look like I would be charged any fees. I asked that someone who could provide me with accurate information call me immediately.

4 hours later I received a call from CPO. I was told it wasn't CPO who makes the decision to charge a restocking fee and that it was Laguna Tools. I requested a call back with actual information. I called Laguna Tool and explained the situation. Laguna's 25% restocking fee is charged to the company (CPO) not the customer (Me). They also agreed that CPO was at fault. I did not hear back from CPO

On 1/14/19 I noticed a refund in the amount of $557.34 to my card. This is $678 less that my order total. And $388 more than a 25% restocking fee. On 1/16/19 I called CPO. I was told that $557.34 was my total refund. Not only was I charged a 25% restocking fee (from Laguna Tools according to CPO) but an additional "redistribution fee" of $388 from CPO. I was told there was nothing I could do, no one else I could talk to and that I should talk to my credit card company if I thought it was unfair. I asked to speak with who was in charge of making the decision to charge me these fees. I was told I wasn't able to speak with anyone else.

There was never any mention of this "distribution fee" from anyone at CPO nor is it stated in their "return policy". It seems as though this fee was made up. I'm waiting to hear back from my credit card company about the dispute. This could take up to 60 days.

I made 1 order of 2 items from CPO. I got the shipping notification 1 week later, which was also the same day my order arrived. I opened the box and 1 of the items was not there. I called the customer service number and waited for about 15 minutes just to talk to someone. This person did some checking, apologized and said they would ship the item out. I was to get an email by midday the next day with the order. No email arrived, so I contacted customer service through the website explaining everything. I got no response. Luckily I used paypal to pay for the order. I had to open a case through paypal to get a refund for the item they never sent. I will not be using them again for anything.

I have made at least 5 purchases in the last year and half from CPO Tools. They have included new and refurbished tools (Makita, Bosch & Milwaukee). The prices are great and every order has been shipped FAST and delivered just as promised. CPO is now my go to tool source. I recommend them to everyone to anyone on the market for tools.

I ordered a set of planer knives and the first thing that arrived was a box with a packing slip, brown paper and air. The second attempt brought me a wood lathe part that belonged half the country away and then I canceled the order. NOW I get the right parts and after canceling 5 days ago and telling them so!

Ordered a new Milwaukee hammer drill and impact kit, they were offering 20% off with purchase of an accessory item...and there was a flash sale where you would receive a free item. I received all 3 products very quickly and in perfect condition. Only negative comment I have would be I'm not impressed with their packing methods but not enough to reduce their rating.

I bought from them a Milwaukee 2494-22 M12 12V Cordless Lithium-Ion 3/8 in. Drill Driver and Impact Driver Combo Kit. With the combo was also included one Extended Capacity Lithium-Ion Battery Pack.
The average shipping time from their warehouse to my place normally is about 3 to 4 business days. I know that because have bought several other tools from them.
So, about four days later UPS guy comes to my door and delivers one package. By the size and weight I understand it's only a part of the order.
Not having received any shipment notice regarding the supposed second package I called Customer SVC to inquire on the status of the order.
After 30 long minutes waiting somebody picked up my call and I was told by the representative that the order hadn't shipped yet but she would stay on top of the situation making sure that everything would go right.
The next day (... no emails, message or whatsoever) I called back: This time only 15 minutes of waiting.
Same story.
I told the person I wasn't happy at all and asked to cancel the order. She replied that she couldn't do it and won't let me speak to a supervisor or a manager.
I called the Credit Card company and opened a dispute.
Never again !! There are other companies out there. CPO it has been quite all right for me in the past. Not anymore. Lack of seriousness.
