sorry to receive a new watch with mechanical damage.This is my third order from you and the first disgusting.There were no protective films on the watch cover and dial.I hope.that the damage was caused by transportation, as it was incorrectly packaged.Or is it a used watch?And what review can I write about your store? The watch was delivered by DHL. It was very well packaged, came in a timely manner, and was very easy to track. The watch is better than I had anticipated. A professional bearing from beginning to end.

I'm not satisfied with the watch Michael Kors type 3179 because: -- Price indication was 102 and I payed conform it was indicated taxes: 0 % on pc. However DHL Express with waybill number 4048820996 of RSL asked me to pay import duties and VAT,without a bill, what I have payed (Also totaly 102+38,97=140,97). There is no indication about the contents/supplier on the packaging. In my humble opinion you have failed. Ref.nr. 0030004015544184 Payment/refund through my bank account in the Netherlands NL46RBRB0648652076 on my name.

Creation watches provided the option of free DHL shipping to my provided address in India, which I chose. Unfortunately after waiting for more than a month during which time I was always told by Creation Watches that my "watch will be delivered soon", nothing happened. Even DHL stopped responding mentioning a weird clause that my address is "not serviceable". I do not understand why they picked up the parcel at all if the address was "not serviceable". My request to refund my money was also not responded to by Creation Watches. Ultimately I had to complain to Paypal who ruled in my favour and permitted a full refund. I am yet to receive the money in my account, but I believe Paypal refunds take about 2 weeks time to show up on credit card accounts. However Creation Watches failed miserably. They have good watch collection at great price, but they cannot ship properly, so you might end up getting nothing.

Price is good and it's shipped out within a day after my order!! Shipping is fast also while compare with others. It's very well packed with all the instruction manual and warranty information. Everything is just good!

Hello. I bought two seiko watches. Only one came and its been 3 weeks since they responded to me. I told them everyday for the past week im done with this company and i want to return the watch i have and a refund for the one that is missing. Not one person has responded to me. This is a false advertising site and they will take your money and not send you what you ordered. I cannot believe this right now . I WANT A REFUND AND LABEL TO RETURN THE ONLY WATCH I RECIEVED.

The watch has arrived in ten days from Singapore to Italy (and then 20 days waiting at the custom office, but this is normal during the new year holidays. Everything worked well, and the watch is perfect. Definitely, I'll buy again from Creationwatches.

I am very pleased with the purchase, since the watch (seiko sports snzh57) is gorgeous in real life. The package arrived in 10 working days, and that's the fastest ever from anywhere in Asia. Minus one star for horrible generic box and pouch. The description says "Shipped in Seiko watch box with all the watch documents"

I have had the unpleasant experience of falling for this scam company. If you are considering purchasing from creation watches my advice is, set fire to your money. The outcome is the same and you won't experience the stress and frustration of constantly emailing these people only to realise you've been had. If you're still considering purchasing from these people then please get in touch with me and I'll sell you some fresh air from Yorkshire. We don't use any packaging to protect the environment and I'll employ sally and Vanya to deal with your rage after you finally realise you've been robbed.

Was looking to own my first automatic watch, but on a budget. After doing some research, I settled on the Seiko 5 SNK809K2. A brief search online for the best deals led me to CreationWatches. The buying process was smooth and communication from their end was great. Also got the watch pretty fast given the current lockdown in France as a result of Covid-19. Would highly recommend

I ordered a Citizen Calandrier for my husband's Christmas present, at an amazing price. It came in the original box in perfect condition and arrived 3 days early. I was expecting to receive an email from DHL asking for import duties, which I had budgeted for, but this didn't happen, so all good. I would definitely use this company again.

Ordered a watch end March and paid via Paypal. Today, May 7th still no watch. Communication with Creationwatches is poor and getting straight answers is even more troublesome. Sure, covid19 delays worldwide shipments however the parcel got lost after being dispatched from Singapore on April 4th, as there aren't any tracking updates after that date. The local postal confirmed they didn't receive the parcel yet CreationWatches expects customers to keep on waiting. For what. Customer Service, satisfaction...customer first isn't their priority. When all goes well you're good to go, when you need them to sort things out....well, you're left on your own. Keep that in mind when you buy from CreationWatches.com

Horrible company! Don't waste your time or money. I placed an order two weeks ago and have yet to receive anything, But the money has been taken out of my bank account. Poor customer service. The don't reply to email or Facebook messenger. Phone numbers don't work. Dodgy!!! Stay away! **Update**Ridiculous that I had to start a dispute with paypal and write a review to get action. **Further update** After starting a dispute with paypal and writing this review I was giving a tracking number. I have been keeping an eye on the tracking number and it still in Singapore (not right for "express") I contacted DHL to be told the package hasn't been picked up to contact the supplier. So company is carrying on with their dodge ways.

[UPDATE: June 2019] I finally have a refund after around 7 months of battling these guys. Moved from 1 to 2 stars. [Original review] About six months ago I placed an order with these guys. I had bought a watch in the past and received it promptly. This time around, they appeared to have used a cheaper postal service since it was a lower cost item and adjusted the delivery window accordingly. So I waited. After several weeks I got worried and contacted them. They told me, it's normal, keep waiting. After a couple of months they told me they were investigating. It's now been SIX MONTHS of waiting and I'll I get back is the same copy-and-paste responses from someone called Vanya asking me to wait. I demanded my order or refund. Same copy-and-paste response. So be warned that if there are any complications with your order, these guys don't want to know about it - you're own your own.

I've already bought several (mainly Seiko) watches from CW without any issues, my last order was a very nice Tissot for my mum. As I realized after ordering that my choice was more to my than my mother's taste, I could change it to another (also Tissot) model. My request via email was answered speedily (on a Sunday no less), so I could cancel and reorder, all with delivery in time for Christmas.

My first experience with Creation and everything went smoothly. I admit I was a little hesitant at first about ordering but now I'm glad I did. They have an awesome selection of watches at unbeatable prices. Some models that either you can't find in the U.S. or are already sold out at other retailere. I got me a Citizen NJ0090-81E automatic with sapphire crystal. BEAUTIFUL. That's all I have to say. Came brand new, pristine (not a scratch or fingerprint on it), I was also able to verify that it was authentic. Ordered on a Friday, shipped on a Monday, received on that Thursday morning. Less than a week turnaround. Well-packaged and super secure. Came in the Citizen box (which I paid a little more for), and the whole watch was lined in plastic for protection. Just AMAZING. This is my first Creation purchase and it won't be my last.

Finally recieved my Citizen watch after two months of awaiting) The watch itself are brand new, 2019 year of production and everything is functioning. Seller gave me watch box as a gift) Very good shop, thanx! But some money compensation will be good as an excuse for such long delivery time.
