Had to deal with CRS because Three passed an outstanding balance to them even though Three were fully aware that the debt was included in my Debt Relief Order. After a brief chat with a really nice advisor he’s updated my account to include the details of my DRO and will be requesting closure of the account.

They are claiming I have the outstanding balance with three just I never used three so good luck with the claims

Been hounded by CRS since December 11th 2019 saying I owe them more than £500. However, they’ve got the wrong number and I’ve told them that, I’ve blocked them numerous times and they still get hold of me. Nuisance company.

I got hit for fraud everything took out in my name uncle Buck who I don't know who they are we're aware of it have passed me to these people C. R. S. are ordering I pay the money back every one should be aware that when hit by fraud not many people care or what to help be aware of this.

Worst company ever, had to make a payment, made it on time, they charged me again from their end and when asking why, they asked for £25 fee to issue me with a refund for the second accidental charge.

CRS has repeatedly harassed me (contacted me multiply times a day on different forms of contact details) regarding £11.79 which I do not owe to Three. They are extremely hard to get hold of a person to talk with and my response and evidence to state I did not owe this money was ignored so I went back to Three.

Three resolved the issue and state I did not owe them anything and CRS would not harass me anymore. The calls, emails and texts continued so after 30 mins trying to talk to a person I got through and explained clearly this information, for them not to contact me again and asked all of my personal details to be removed.

Today over a month later I have received the same email again asking me to pay this money I do not owe and was promised has been resolved. Please remove my personal details and never contact me again.

I have had enough of CRS Legal, constant daily bombardment of text messages threatening me with legal action which now has escalated to a pre court action plan (whatever that is) I have contacted the energy Provider Spark countless times about this constant harassment and everytime they apologise and say that they will whilst on the phone the first time send an email about the payment plan being set up for outstanding amount and the second this being escalated as a complaint however today another text as described above relating to legal action and a contact number to speak to them today on a Sunday which is dubious as offices closed so any advice on this would be helpful as its causing me unnecessary stress I was going to phone tomorrow but after reading about this company I am thinking it might be a bad idea.

I started receiving texts demanding £406 on the 1st May. I don't owe any money apart from mortgage and student loan. I phoned and gave them the reference refusing to give my name and i asked them which name they had down against the debt. Needless to say it's the wrong one. They apologised and said they'd remove my number and now they have started texting again demanding a different amount!! It's so irritating and actually unnerving.
