We have not ventured on our cruises as yet, as it is for February and March 2020 Sydney to Perth then Perth to Sydney. Have been told when we looked at these cruises that there was on board credit, since this was booked we have been told no on credit. We have since seen the cruise from Sydney to Perth has a flight and hotel stay included in Sydney. Have paid $2000 for deposit non refundable.

Excellent cruise options and service that I have slightly downgraded as they had no idea about visa requirements for the countries I was traveling to, which would have been good to have all that information provided from one point as I have previously experienced from other booking agents.

We went on the pacific jewel in 11/12/2018 to 15/12/18 the cruise was fine when it started we really enjoyed it,but then came the bad weather and my wife being handicapped had trouble walking around as we at one of the night shows the storm hit and as i had trouble helping my wife out i rang the reception to see if we could get a wheelchair so that i could take her back to the cabin but the receptionist wasn’t very helpful and told me it would cost a lot of money I said we had insurance and she was not interested and said anyway the clinic is now closed and it would take to long to get somebody to get her a wheelchair,as you can imagine how we felt,well you ask what we tought of the trip let me tell you there is no nice way of saying what we thought,NEVER WILL WE EVER TRAVEL WITH P&O AGAIN as we have complained to P&O after the trip and never heard anymore about it THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. My wife and I have had consistently good service from our Cruiseaway representative for going on 10 years now. We have on numerous occasions asked for pricing reviews in the runup to specific cruises and this has never been an issue with, in most cases, positive outcomes. When asked to track the release of specific cruises those requests have all been logged and followed up appropriately.

Your Cruise consultant Bronwyn Malam was very willing to help my with all of my queries concerning our trip, I wouldn't normally book on line as I don't have great computer skills, but Bonnie made booking this way so easy. i went on a cruise with Pacific Eden 16/3/19-21/3/19
we found out while onboard that the Theme nights had been changed (although the paperwork onboard still showed Great Gatsby and White theme nights) to Back to School and Mask nights,
the usual themes were for every trip-except ours!
why weren't we advised?
one traveller told me she had received an email to advise, my Aunty and I had not, I spent $90 on a 'flappers' outfit and accessories, plus items for the white night, not happy

I had to ask your representative a number of times to get answers to my questions, I am still awaiting an answer to a question I asked over three months ago, and have asked this question a number of times. if I do use your company again I would only do so with a different representative.
