signed up for newsletters, was given a code for 10% off....ha... didn't work did it....what a con job...very disappointing from what I thought a reputable company...maybe not so...will re think ordering anything in future, only continued as am short for time to look elsewhere...

I had misplaced a voucher, contacted Cudo Support to find out its where about, Lorain was my support person, from the very first contact she was supportive, friendly, efficient and been the circumstances we are living with covit-19 she has been most sympathetic including messages of support in our correspondence, the voucher was found promptly. I booked to have a facial however the salon is temporarily closed for 6 months which meant that my voucher expired. I contacted Cudo customer service and they promptly refunded me the money. They gave me 2 options for the refund and the email was well written and had a friendly tone. They apologised but it wasn't their fault. Very happy with the service received

I accidentally bought 2 vouchers for a winery experience. When I contacted Cudo they were very responsive, cancelled one of the vouchers and are refunding my money. I was impressed with their timely response.

The weekend booking for the venue was so difficult that it was booked out two months in advance. Marvell assisted by organizing with the vendor so we could drop by any weekend. Very happy with the outcome as the food and service were excellent. Thank you.

I purchased a voucher several months ago. Unfortunately they closed down before I was able to redeem the voucher. Lorain was very professional and efficient in organising a refund. What a great Organization. Thank you Cudo.

I had mistakenly booked the same lunch twice, but the company refunded the lesser one. Very happy to have the issue resolved without too much hassle as I am a very busy business woman.

I have received a refund on a voucher when the vendor would not honour me with what I thought was a good deal. Marvel was most helpful in giving me a refund.

i found this person to very helpful and curteous in his emails, very satisfied with the outcome. I did say that meal deals are hard to book for 3 people as they usually come in 2 or 4 or 6-8 people. But the person did say they would pass this onto the feedback team

Used CUDO a few times & each time has been a pleasant easy transaction:), Just recently i caused an error myself & contacted CUDO explaining what i had done by buying 2 Vouchers, one for myself & one for friend, realizing i wanted to book myself for 1 voucher & the other for my friends the system would allow me, CUDO saved me from trouble & solved it within a 10minute call ...AWESOME work guys & thankyou to the Representative that solved the issue....AWESOME & Polite/very friendly ( 5 star) service!. Will always use CUDO!

I have not received my purchase and they have NOT answered or acknowledged any of the three emails I have sent them despite saying they will reply in under 48 hours on the site. Very very poor service.

I forgot about a second course on my voucher & nobody at the winery even mentioned it.I emailed groupon to see what could be done & had it all sorted by Marvel.He went above & beyond to sort out the issue & emailing me back right away with what to do next .Thank you.

I have been trying to ring and email Cudo for 3 days now regarding my holiday to Bali.
I have spent in excess of 6 hours on hold, only to be hung up on at around the 2 hour mark. I have sent 5 emails with zero response.
Every other booking I have made connected to this holiday, have responded promptly and allowed me to postpone. Cudo have caused me great distress by not having any response or contacts for this horrible coronavirus. A little bit of help during this outbreak would be greatly appreciated, people are losing a lot of money and they dont seem to care, as they are sticking to their refund/change of dates policy. None of us have the choice to postpone.

My voucher codes expired I didn't receive my 2 wine orders.....Marvell contacted the suppliers and did everything and more to help resolve this.....I now am awaiting wine from one supplier within 3 business days and have a CUDO credit for the other order. I can't thank Marvell enough for all her help she has been amazing thanks so much once again. I will pass on to everyone I know how good CUDO is.

I had a problem with one of the hotels with one particular item. Annabel listened and then acted. It took a little while but not Annebel's fault and she persisted to a saisfactory result.

I made not only one, but two inadvertent button clicks when purchasing an order.
