The process was simple and painless. They were courteous no matter how many times I sent the design back. Price was better than anywhere else I looked. Still waiting on the product, but am hopeful it will be top quality.

I spoke with Barry on the phone and we were able to get an order in quickly today. I really hope that the coins arrive in time, but I was so impressed with how Barry was really willing to work with us and get it done.

I regularly refer Coins Your Way as a preferred vendor to department academies because of the quick turn around and high quality. This was the first time placing an order directly, and I couldn't be happier! The quotes and pricing were very reasonable, the replies and proof revisions were near immediate, and during telephone calls the customer service was outstanding!

The website's simple interface takes all the guesswork out of the experience and makes it very easy to order coins from start to finish. Finished coins are very close in appearance to the proof and quality is good. I will definitely continue using customchallengecoins.com!

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Custom Challenge Coins. On each occasion, I've gone through numerous changes to get them the way I wanted. Matt has been very patient, and the turn around time for a new proof from each change has been almost immediate. I highly recommend the company.

This is the second time I have ordered from customchallengecoins.com. I designed a coin as a volunteer fire chief and was so happy with the product and service that now as an elected Sheriff I have designed a new Sheriff's Coin. Their response was fast and the had the proof to me the following morning. Great product.

The process from start to finish was amazing, with my multiple revisions before I finally decided on the exact layout. The customer service was exactly what you would want from a company. I can't want to get the coins in a few weeks' time.

My logo design was very difficult to make on a coin but the company worked with me for as much time was needed to make sure they could produce a quality design of my business logo for my coins. I appreciated all the help I received to make the design on the coin look like my logo. Thank you to everyone for all your help !!

It was easy to follow and was impressed with the site. The only thing that could have made the process easier would have been for the link provided to take me right to my quote with some of the information already filled in...or have the information "auto-magically" load up when I input the job name. Ultimately the experience was great and will likely use them in the future.

I was honestly surprised with the quickness in my inquiries were responded to by Custom Challenge Coins. I placed a small order but was treated as if I was a major customer. I made an error in my order form and CCC corrected my error quickly and efficiently. I am retiring and want to give a memento to those I have worked closely with while working as a prosecutor and judge over the years. Proof was exactly as I wanted and ordering was easy, so I await my coins with anticipation.

Very easy to work with and very detailed to ensure the design was correct and to the specifications needed. The secured website allowed for ease of purchase and effective emails were provided with receipts and acknowledgements.
