I have been a customer for many years. We have used them for travel to Corfu, Greece probably 20 times plus Morocco and other Greek destinations. We have never been disappointed with the care given to us to make sure our travel experience was first class.

One villa has been OK the other good. The service pre trip is good and in country is good. The car hire and flights have been terrible.
Overall it has been disappointing value for money and we have moved to Thinking Traveller this year.

This holiday was unreal... It was the first time we'd had chef with a villa and it really made the experience. Everyone could completely relax in the gorgeous luxury villa. I will definitely go with cvvillas for my next holiday - perfect from start to finish!

From the start to the end our experience is second to none, as always it is seamless, we book our villa and flights and Jo Simmons knows our requirements and details well.
On arrival at the villa the owner keeps it spotless with each visit a new little touch. He keeps the pool sparkling and clean. Our rep Emily is kind, professional and caring again nothing is to much. The housekeeper always keeps the house nice and clean, we also try to keep it clean and tidy for ourselves as well as her.

CV are the best at what they do, we never feel we are £'s to the whole company.
What more can a client need.

We had the pleasure of booking a week at Monte Rei in Portugal thorough CV Villas. Booking the holiday couldn't have been easier and the service was absolutely fabulous. The only thing better than their service was the villa we stayed at!

We have used CV villas for the past three years for our family summer holiday and if possible will always choose to do so. The properties on offer and the service they provide are second to none. It is important to us to not only enjoy the holiday but also the booking and the run up to it too - all queries or concerns are dealt with immediately and efficiently and we have always felt so relaxed and confident in the whole process. Thank you so much to everyone at CV Villas, we can't wait for the next trip.

We have booked a Villa in Puglia, Italy with CV Villas for late July 2019. This is our second booking with CV Villas, following a visit to Greece in 2018. I have say the level of Service from the CV representatives, both Enzo Bochetti (Italy) & Jo Simmons (Greece) has been excellent. I would have no hesitation using CV Villas again and recommending them to friends and family.

I reserved a car during the month of November as per your special offer. When I changer villas the car was deleted. Why? As you may know, we have rented villas from CV for MANY years. I am very disappointed. We will be there this year again. Health problems prevented our renting in 2019.

I had previously booked this and was waiting for a confirmatory e mail. That did not arrive. The second booking was fine. The non refundable part in relation to the deposit is understandable but always sounds harsh.

Plenty of helpful and impartial advice was given prior to booking, which allowed me to choose between three areas of Italy. The travel expert seemed genuinely interested in how our needs and preferences could be met, and made many useful recommendations. Once we made our choice and we booked, he was excited for us!

Firstly, whilst looking at the website, I got a phone call back within the stated one minute, from Gabriella, who answered all my questions.
Secondly, she was efficient handling our requested booking dates, which we did have to change.
All in all, very pleased with her service.

Booking with CV Villas is very simple, we are looked after by Jo Simmons, when we first found Villa Lithari through Jo, she listened to our wish list some years ago, recommended Lithari and it is perfect for our wishes, now we book again as soon as we return. Jo also looks after my needs as I am disabled. What more can a client ask for.
