I ordered a new front floorboard for my 2009 rzr 800 2 seater they said they had it in stock and it took me 6 weeks to get it in and they sent me the back half of a rzr un know I called them up and gave them the part number I ordered and they said it was the right part and they agreed with me say they shipped out to me and I had to have them to email me so I could send them pictures and come to find out they did send me the wrong part I had the right part number but the wrong part and I still haven't yet got the right part and they said they would have ups to pick the wrong part up and they would be shipping me the right part out here it is 8 weeks in and ups hasn't came to the house to pick up the wrong part and they still haven't shipped me the right part out yet and I am have to call them every week for there mistake and they put me on hold for 1 hour each week I will never deal with them again because when you make a mistake like that they should have over night to my and I just got off the phone Thursday with them and they said a few more days and my part will be shipped out and that was Thursday june 18-2020 so maybe I will get it in the next 2 weeks I hope and when I called them they even forgot to tell ups to come and pick the wrong part back up they told me over the phone they would has to send ups a request to pick the wrong part ups so I will never deal with them folks again because they can't keep stuff straight there very hard to deal with they will do there best to lay the blame you the buyer and the part cost $250.00 dollars

Their parts are cheap, but watch out for 2 things:
1) Fast they are not. I ordered other Suzuki motorcycle parts through my dealer the same day (10/9). Those parts showed up before I got the notification on 10/15 from Cycle Parts Nation on that they had finally shipped.
2) Watch the shipping charges! I was about to order a $29 plastic part that is no larger than 6" x 6". They were going to charge me $139 shipping. They said shipping was based on the part name, not the weight or size.

I ordered parts from this company over 3 weeks ago. I have still not received any shipping confirmation e mail or anything. Tried multiple times calling and waiting on hold 20 minutes each time. Tried sending very detailed e mails with order numbers and everything with no response. Looking at everyone else's ratings I feel like I lost out on my money and this is a sham fake company! Please read before ordering. Parts from other places take 2 to 3 days.

I made about a dozen orders from them over a four month time frame when rebuilding a Yamaha V Star 1100. I spent about $3k total on the orders. Overall, I thought their service was very good.

They screwed up on one order. I ordered about 35 small nuts , bolts and washers. One item was missing from the order. I emailed them about the problem and received no response. I reordered the same missing bolt four months later on a different order and received it.

Had a problem with another order. The throttle cables I received were damaged. I called on the phone. Took awhile to get through to the right person but she then handled the problem very well. I emailed digital photos of the damaged cables to her. They shipped out new cables the following week and I did not have to return the damaged ones.

Overall, about two hundred parts received without problems. I thought the shipping charges were kind of steep if you only need one or two small parts, but the shipping charges are very reasonable if you order dozens of parts on the same order. I like their website. Easy to use, easy to order. They're in Michigan, so shipping time to my location in Ohio was very fast. They charged no sales tax when shipping to Ohio. Overall, I was very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I purchased a replacement gas tank/hood for my Honda mower. I called Honda to verify the correct part number first. The web site auto selected an alternate part, which I questioned, but went ahead with the purchase. The part was unquestionably incorrect. When called, they stated If I sent the part back, they would send me a new part at my cost. I paid 16.68 for the part and 17.73 for the shipping. So I must now pay an additional 17.73 for each leg of shipping. I asked to verify the correct part, I learned they would need to order the part at approx. 34.00. so my total investment for the part now would be approximately 103.87, more than twice what it would have been if the part had not been substituted. The salesperson did drop the restocking charge....or it would have been more. This is my worst online purchase experience ever.

Someone fraudulently ordered $500 worth of parts in my name, but sent it to another state 2, 500 miles away. I immediately contacted them, and told them this was fraud. They said "It doesn't look like fraud".

They would not cancel the order. Would not RTS the package. They just told me to refuse the package when it comes! When it comes to someone else's house???

I was trying to find a hard to get part and no one had it but cycle parts nation had it in stock. They next day aired it to me. The person on the phone was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered parts through them on 9/14. At no time during the checkout process did it read that they needed 2 - 3 days for just processing the order. I found that myself under the About Us section.Anyway, I emailed the [email protected] just to receive a email stating that it takes 3 - 5 business days for them to receive the parts! WTF!? It's not 9/20 and after calling them three times today only to be transferred to voice mail. This company sucks!

I ordered over $800 worth of plastics for my bike and it took them over a month to ship it even after I called them up and asked to take the back ordered part off the order. I ended up getting a beat up box about a month and a half later with the most expensive part missing. When I contacted them about this issue, they told me that my order was shipped complete. The part that mas missing wouldn't have even fit in the box they sent.

In only 2 working days time, I had a perfect new front fender for my 2015 Yamaha XT250. The fender was perfectly wrapped in soft material and surrounded by a lot of soft packaging material and arrived in a strong box that was the correct size for the shipment. The total cost was $28.25 for the fender and shipping. I am pleased and I won't hesitate to order from this site again.

Ordered a bunch of Seadoo parts ($300 worth) and this is not my first go round with them.... Sent me a mirror housing that came with the mirrors (unexpected surprise) can I send mirrors back- yes but 20% restock and return shipping. Can I send this switch back that looks right in the parts fiche but not in real life (brand new unopened) nope... Electric parts. I'm done. Never again.

I dont what they thinking, i bought parts for my CRF250 2013 and i add insurance, i received my parts with 2pc are not for my bike and 1 item missing, i took pictures of the items and i sent them emails many time but they didn't bother them self to answer till now?!?! what the hill is going on why should i take this stupid mistake.

Been waiting over 3weeks for my parts , no response to emails , constant phone calls got through once to be told they would look into my order and call me right back ,never happened ...no shipping details , no nothing , have $148.00 **** with no parts and no answers , not a happy camper !

I ordered my part through them on May 1st. Today is the 15th. No part. Called 2 times and customer service states that it us stuck with Post office and they want do anything about it for 14 days of it being stuck. Really, 3 days max to get to N.C. they **** at customer service. My first time ordering from them and my LAST. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

I ordered $1, 000 in parts from them and then realized I wouldn't be needing one of the parts so I called them the same day I placed the order and they said that will be fine we will cancelled that one item. Once I got the email with the tracking information I saw they charged me $78 cancelation fee on a $380 part!! How can you charge me a cancelation fee when the order wasn't even shipped yet and I canceled it the same day I ordered it. I was planning on ordering a lot more parts for this bike but now I know I won't be buying them from cycle parts nation. I hope their redicilious $78 cancelation fee is worth losing over $1000 more in business for parts I was planing on ordering. They also don't answer my emails. BUYER BEWARE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!

I ordered 2 gears and a shift fork for my Vulcan. Every other site said that the top gear was not available anymore but theirs said it was. I placed the order then worked on the bike. Here I am on the next day, half hour from pulling the engine out. They called and said they could not get the gear also. If you are going to show a part online and give the option to buy it and COMPLETE THE ORDER please be sure you can actually get the part. BTW this is the part number 13260-1813.... I am guessing they still show it.

I have been working with Kelly Ritter for a couple weeks now, and she does her job and does it well!, I don't receive 1 sentence answers I receive full explanations of whats going on, I had previously ordered a few parts and I have a new 2017 CBR1000RR and it is a bit confusing ordering parts and after I received the wrong color part from Honda she Quickly rectified the situation! and I have my new correct part! I don't know why all the negative reviews the parts are @ 40% off compared to my local Honda store! so Kudos to Kelly and Cycle parts nation! I am a Sales manager and run Autobahn USA in MA, and let me tell you the customer service business it difficult!!!
