The email below was sent on 23 February and I had not received any response:

Dear Sirs,

I received the above order for a Tempur Comfort Travel Pillow today. It would appear that you have also sent, in error, a standard size Tempur pillow. I haven’t unwrapped it but the outer plastic has been punctured.
Please confirm this has been sent erroneously and what action you wish me to take.

Not only was it the best price mattress I could find anywhere in UK but delivery was seamless, free, and came with a bonus two Tempur cloud pillows.

I ordered an item mid afternoon for next day delivery, not really expecting it to arrive until two days hence because of the lateness of ordering. On the morning of the second day after ordering, I received a phone call from the manager of the store apologising for the failed delivery (which was due to a van being out of service) and offering to personally deliver the package on his way home that evening.

24 h delivery so couple days earlier then expected. Great price. 30% cheaper then whoever else. The best buy since long long time.

I initially received mr potato head instead of Mrs potato head, but the company reacted super fast and I got Mrs potato head special delivery the next morning :-)
I was very impressed with how helpful the manager was, he even said I could keep the wrong mr potato head.. Which saved me any hassle having to post it back.
Excellent helpful customer service, would recommend and use again! Thanks!

The website said out of stock and a 2 to 3 week wait and so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the pillow within a few days. I was very pleased with the sale price too.

No complaints ordered and received in 2days packed amazingly well in bubble wrap and box in a box.would certainly reconmend this service with Daniels and I will be using much more as Xmas is upon us.

I had asked for delivery after 12.30pm as I had a prior engagement on the day Daniels would deliver. This was confirmed by the store that it would not be a problem, but unfortunately this request was not passed onto the delivery driver. The driver got hold of me on my mobile & I had to leave my venue to come home to let him in. I was luckily only 15mins away and the driver kindly agreed to wait for me. I needed the mattress that day as we had already put the old one in the garage for them to take away. This also meant I had to leave my collegues short and to stand in for me whilst I was absent. The delivery driver was very helpful and very polite and assured me it was not my fault as the meassage had not been passed on.

Fast delivery, product exactly as expected and similar to one I had bought from Downtown near Grantham> However it had stopped stocking this range of products

Next day delivery took almost three days to arrive. Tracking could have been nice but needed registration which is cumbersome and I didn't check.

It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received it. No one responded to my email and when I called yesterday they were very confused and unhelpful and then said someone would call me back but they didn't.

I made a couple of phone calls in respect of my purchase and for the first one, the responsible person was near hysterical because of the royal wedding making it very busy, while on the second one, he was practically accusing me of fraud for asking for a refund of VAT because I am disabled and the product I had bought qualified (according to Daniel's own website) for VAT relief. The product I bought was and is great. It is the customer service that would make me wary of buying from them again.
