I’ve been sleeping on the same mattress set for over 30 years. Actually, I’m sleeping in a recliner and the mattress is my clean clothes pile. I really need this bed. Can’t wait for delivery!

For some reason, our petite Mom was sold a new adjustable bed frame, by her local mattress store, with 9" legs (quite the climb for a petite woman). Within a year or so later, she required heart surgery, and after her release from the hospital, the only option, for her safe entrance and exit from her bed, was for us to place the entire frame and mattress on an area rug, on her bedroom floor.
Now that Mom has significantly recovered, she'd like to raise her bed.
This was the only store we found, that provided a set of 2 piece, graduated legs, that should allow her to gradually raise her bed, to a height she'll find safe and comfortable.

I shopped around for several months and opted for this frame and manufacture based on features and pricing, I was pleasantly surprised with the options available . Looking forward to receiving frame and testing it out. Chat support (Matthew) was very informative and aided my decision making

Purchasing was quick easy, next day agent called offering other option for quicker delivery on that call we realise I did not need the metal frame since I purchased the serta adjustable base so we are waiting for a refund to be applied, once the bed was delivered I notice I was missing the mattress protectors I ordered were nowhere to be found I reported it to Dealbeds and now also waiting for that to be resolved.

The customer service agent flagged my name and ensured that the order will be shipped same day. This provided me with the confidence that the customer service team stood by their customers.

I ordered a bed on October 2th. Expected to receive my bed on the 14th. I called on the 14th and was told I will receive a call for delivery options that day or on the 15th. On the 16th after no contact I was told by another rep that I will get the call no later than the afternoon on the 17. After no call again I called pretty **** off on the 19th, the rep was nice and personally guaranteed me he will solve this and call me on the 21st with answers and my bed. I received no call again, no bed and had to cancel my order. Don’t waste your time.

Bought mattress in Houston TX over the weekend, needed Adjustable base shipped urgently so it would arrive before the mattress (1 week). Customer Service was very helpful answering questions and helping arrange it to be shipped same day as I ordered.

I spent many hours over many days looking for the perfect bed. So many, how do you choose. I skipped over DealBeds the first couple of days because they kept hitting my adds and the site looked gimmicky . Finally opened there site and was impressed by their adjustable bed selection and prices. I call there customer service to ask more questions about some products. The representative was very informative and was not trying to make a sale. I encourage calling to ask questions and get recommendations on what will be the best setup.
