Ordered 8-27 Got my order 9-7, nice, new and unmarked because of a very decent packing job. It was a while for delivery and no tracking number made me more nervous with all the reviews I had read, after I already made my purchase. I did get my speakers for a damn good price though, so it was worth the suspense. This place seems to just require patience.

Ok seriously they fooken suck its been 5 months of email and. 2 one hour phone calls just to talk to someone finally get to talk to someone they promise the world and can't back shet up I want to file some kinda of complaint or even take these fookers to small claims anyone got any advice???

I placed an order on Spet 10, 2010 and have yet to see anything. I emailed several times to have a cancellation confirmation and have yet to get a response. If you are even thinking of placing an order with this company you would be better off throwing your time and money away!!!!!

On 5/262010 and on 5/28/2010 I placed an order with Dealer Cost Car Audio. I purchased two items one for $113.99 and another for $113.99 that came to a total of $227.98. I cancelled my order for the purchase hoping the money would be returned to my credit card, but it hasn’t. I have contacted both companies several times to get a refund and nothing is being done. Dealer Cost Car Audio will not give me any cancellation numbers. The only thing that they will say is that it takes 2-3 business days to get my return. They will not give any cancellation numbers to make this process easier.

I had ordered the JL audio hd amp... after waiting for more than 40 days ... I then sent an email to cancel the order and asked for a refund .. but i have still not recieved the refund and it has been months already.. you work with no professionalism what so ever.. dealer cost car audio is not even responding to the emails I send them now.. this is very bad and i suggest anyone trying to do business with them to find another place ... please get back to me and tell me when i can receive the refund ...

Please Donot do bussiness with this website, here is the reason: I ordered a infiniti kappa five amplifier, it took 3 week to delivery( they said only 1 week..... LIE).They said that all amplifier is 3 years warranty. But after 1 year from the date I bought, my amplifier is broken. I called the customer service, It took me over a week for get in touch with them, They always put me on hold for serval hours. Finally they answer the phone. They told me that to emails to warranty to get RMA number. I did email to them 4 times, But I still not get any answer untill now. I call back to customer service, nobody answer the phone, answer machine keep said they are busy. How can I get my amplifier to to fix, It cost over 300 dollars

I order an amp through them ,they took my money and I never recieved nothing they stop answering my e-mails they never answered the phone they stole almost 300.00 after that they spam me so I can't contact they .I tried contacting BBB and ther is no such business. Please don't give them any money

I bought a viper alarm system from dealer cost car audio and was skeptical about quality/speed of delivery because the price was so low. Needless to say I was shocked to receive the alarm system quickly (in time for christmas) and in great condition.

I highly recommend dealer cost car audio for a great deal!

I like almost everything about this store, and have been viewing their site for almost 2 years. However, after placing my first order, I could not find customer service, nor any other tel. numbers listed online. And, the email addresses shown did not work when I tried them. This concerned me enough to question the validity of this site. I honestly thought I had been had, until I received a follow-up email from them. After not receiving my full order after 2 weeks, I used the Reply function to contact them. I was advised that my order would not be completely filled due to back order. I would have liked to have been notified of the back order as soon as they knew it. And, I would have liked to have been able to speak to someone personally. I understand it was Christmas, and there was a heavy load on them, and in order to maintain great prices they may not have the personell, but a follow-up email with a back-order status would have saved us both time and (my) heartache. This being said, I still plan on doing business with them in the future.

I've been using DCCA for years now and have placed 9 orders and almost 3 grand in car electronics and i've had nothing but great service and great products at the lowest prices. They have fast processing and shipping and all my orders arrive on time and very well packaged. The only problems i've had were solved quickly, my 7 inch flip out dvd deck that broke down, i sent it back and sonic upgraded me to a touchscreen version quickly and without charge. The only other problem was I ordered an amp that went out of stock and i was emailed promptly and was helped by a customer service and he gave me thorough advice on an even better amp for my application and at a great price, and it arrived 1 day after being shipped, and he answered all of my technical questions on wiring and installation which really helped. Honestly Dealer Cost is the #1 place for car electronics and more with the best prices, free shipping, and great support and service.

ordered a Viper alarm was an excellent price got two day shipping was here on time for the install friday got late into the day and one of the two remotes for the remotes start was not working very upset the main remote changes everythig for the alarm but hey its electronics shit happens so waited until monday to contact them and they said to just send back just the remote so i did and i should be receving it thursday 4 day turn around i really think they took care of me by 2nd day air the product back to me and making the exchange on a defected product. quickly i always asked for tracking and they always gave it to me. i am satisified . 1 thing i would change is to actually have a live working phone # i really do like to speak with people via phone when problems occure emailing is back in forth but via eamil worked just as well this time and they took care of business just as i do at my shop i will update through Resellerrating if anything is wrong with my lcd remote tomorrow also i still havent got a quote via eamil back from them on a piticular product thats why a working phone # to speak with somebody needs to be implimited in a merchant business.

I orderd some remotes start systems from dealer cost car audio a few years back and receved them without any trouble but now I am experiencing some problems with one of the systems I purchased and have tried to contact them though e-mail three times with no response and the phone number that was on there website (1-877-290-3222) when I bought it only gets me to there recording and hangs up. So certainly they had the cheapest price when I bought it but don’t expect any warranty help or anything post purchase.

I accidently purchased 2 items rather than just the 1 I needed and they let me return it with no problem. One of the alarms was also bad and it was swapped out with a new one. It took them a day to reply via e-mail when i contacted them, really fast and smooth.

I ordered a set of infinity 3 1/2 dash speakers and a set of 5x7 infinity reference speakers. My order went through in a day and was shipped the next day! It also came a day earlier than what was said. I saved almost a hundred dollars over what crutchfield was asking and that was with a buy one get one half off at crutchfield. So happy I ordered from dealer cost car audio! I will buy most if not all my gear from them. Thanks for the great deal and service .

Best price I could find on 2 car alarms and some hardware for the install (i needed one for my truck and one for my cabover camper that goes on and off the truck).
The alarm connected to my iphone and was installed so the alarms worked together and separately so it was somewhat complex.
They were super helpful answering my install questions.
Had a couple of things I didn't need and they accepted the returns with no problem.
