I ordered an 8" x 8 vehicle window on August 8th, 2021. Credit Card was charged on August 9th. I have sent merchant email and left phone messages to contact me via email of phone with a status. 3 times, with no response. It is now November 30th. almost 4 months later, so I called my credit card to dispute the issue and they submitted and advised my card was being credited, the dispute was answered immediately. I am satisfied with this as I did not get a bent product or one with teeth marks as other reviews. Now to find another supplied of the decal I ordered.

JOKE!!!! Is about all I can say about (DECAL STORE)... Order placed 11/15/20 still no package received 12/14/20. Nonexistent customer servive. Would not recommend to anyone."

A month goes by with no delivery, and no response to emails or phone calls. Had to open up a dispute claim with Paypal to finally get a response from decalstore.com about what happened to my order. Two weeks after the claim, decals came with a bunch of indentations all over them. Seriously, looks almost like teeth marks on them. What a waste of money.

i ordered a decal for my subaru's windshield it shipped out 9 days ago still not here horrible you do get what you pay for and took over a week to ship from ordering no one has answered emails or phone calls.

Dont order from this man he is nothing but a scam artist. Order said was sent twice NEVER received it or the tracking number of the order as he said he would. Takes your money doesnt provided product or customer service. DONT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

I ordered 2 decals from the decal store and there was an issue with the postal service.
But I asked Dan from the decal store to please check on the package for me, he did, and
Ended up sending me another serif decals when my original order didn't show up.. I was very pleased
With the service and will use this store again!!

Shity service ordered my decals 20 days ago still haven't got them no one will return my phone calls or emails I wouldn't use them ever again and I recommend u not to use them either !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
