Last Friday my horse ripped her fly rug and I didn't have a spare: the horror! I struggled to find one for delivery next day delivery until I logged onto Derby House. Ordered 7.30pm Friday, it was on her back 4.30pm Saturday. That's what I call exemplary service. Perfectly packaged and delivered. And of course I ordered two so now we do have a spare! Got there in the end but it was way to long of a process and it didn't help when they didn't respond to me.

My mare's new Evolution summer rug looks gorgeous on her. Not only attractive, but the very best fit across her chest. No tell -tale treatment odour and very happy in the knowledge that it has no chemicals applied during manufacture ???? Bought a pair of hunter boots on 26 May, which arrived on 2 June however the size was too small so I returned them on same day, at my own expense. I have been tracking the package using rebound, the organisation contracted by derby house, however there has been no update regarding the return of my item since 6 June 2020. I contacted derby house multiple times and been told it is normal to wait this long as it is international shipping, however from experience, I know it doesn’t take over two weeks for boots to be shipped from Australia to the Uk. In the end I have had to approach my bank to issue my refund and they will investigate why the refund was not progressed.

Rug fits really well, would have had 5 stars but elastic tail loop snapped after 1 days use.

Order size 5 boots for my wife size 5 box with size 7 boot inside arrived emailed with no response 3days later I phoned sent back in post and need to wait 15 days for my money back as no size 5 boots available first and last

4’ 6” fly rug bought for a small pony, body of rug was great, belly flap was meant for a bigger horse and don’t get me started on the neck cover, it would have fitted our 15hh Irish cob. For some reason rug made for a small pony but size of rug not taken into account when neck cover added. Derby House attitude when pointed out to them was, “thanks for your feedback, we’ll send you a refund” not interested in seeing pictures, guess they won’t bother getting this type of thing adapted properly. Wouldn’t buy another one from them.
