Before buying the glasses, ask on the web chat if they had them in stock and they said yes, that's why you bought them, after 3 weeks they write to me saying that they do not have it and that they would return the money

I ordered some hard-to-get (old stock) frames from the store in Century City, Los Angeles but was told a week later that the order had to be cancelled because the frames were discovered to be damaged. My refund was made immediately and I received a telephone call with the details of the cancellation. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service that was rendered in finding the frames, placing the order and in the subsequent follow-up. Though I'm disappointed not to have the frames, I'll do business with this store again because of their attention and professionalism! Special thanks to Eric at that shop.

DE unfortunately doesn’t seem to be in a position to operate in the current times. They unilaterally cancelled my order after one month and sent me an automated email informing me a refund had been issued without any explanation nor excuses.

Very happy I purchased the cartier frames as a gift for my boy friend they fit perfectly, received the authenticity papers the signature Cartier box and the white box they are offical only skeptically I had was weather or not I would receive the gift on time due to COV-19 IM glad I ordered the delivery was quick and the quad pay worked out perfectly 100% satisfied

placed an order for a pair of glasses online...got a confirmation for an order and when I followed up after not receiving them for two weeks, was told my order was cancelled.

Order for 1 frame still not shipped after 12 days and multiple email inquiries. The phone number always goes to voicemail, they never answer. Not acceptable in this day and age, even during these Covid times. Time frame to ship out a simple order is unreasonably long, plus now they only offer ground shipping, causing further delays in receiving your order (at least 3-4 weeks, I’m 2 weeks in and still waiting for shipping confirmation).

I ordered sunglasses and after 2 weeks you emailed me to say you did not have them in stock. I checked the website after I received the email that the item was unfulfilled and it didn’t show that the sunglass was sold out. To this day it still being advertised.
