Would have been 5 stars but the first radiator that was sent was marked so it had to be returned. The company were very good with the replacement which arrived the next day.

Still haven’t received my radiators when purchased I was told it was 7 days lead time I am now currently in my 2nd week .

Bought 2 designer radiators and a Thermostatic radiator valve pack. Radiators were available cheaper elsewhere but went with this mob unfortunately. Nothing drastically wrong with the radiators they will do the job. The TRV pack was again more expensive than I would have paid for but during lockdown decided to pay the almost £60 price. When they arrived quality is shocking and this stuff is available from Screwfix for about £17. Called them to say I wanted to return the valves but was me with "we'll have to send details to the manufacturer to see if they will take them back. Explained nothing to do with manufacturer they are just massively overpriced for the quality. Deaf ears. Threw them in the bin and went and bought elsewhere. Should have presumed. BE AWARE POOR QUALITY AND IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO RETURN STUFF UNDER ONLINE PURCHASING LAWS.......THINK AGAIN!!! STEER CLEAR!!!!!
The cost of the radiator valves has now been refunded to my account. I appreciate that gesture. If only it had been done at the outset I would not have given such a review. Many thanks I will donate the difference in cost between the refund and replacement valves to an Edinburgh Cancer Hospice.

I called this company trying a source a damaged radiator they lady I spoke to was most helpful while that particular radiator is no longer available from the company she advised DRD have some lovely radiators and I will be purchasing one very soon this company is one of the most helpful companies I have had dealings with and I look forward to placing my order soon

I love the radiators and would have given five stars if the delivery drivers hadn't been so grumpy and hadn't damaged one of the boxes (losing the fixings in the process). The missing fixings were promptly replaced though.
