My wife Karen and myself have been with the DGI institute and elite mentoring students for 18 months. A love for property with my experience as a builder coupled with Karen's 30 years experience as an interior decorator we have always wanted to use these skills to buy, flip, and eventually hold properties our long term wealth instead of contracting to clients. Dominique's knowledge and strategies with the help of her fantastic team is helping us to achieve that, thinking outside the box with property is what we like, and thoroughly look forward to the elite mentoring days where like minded people mingle and network building relationships personal and business. I have attended the DG Institute for a number of years, and completed the Real Estate Rescue and Property Uplift programs. I am a Manager, Director, teacher and investor and I found the DGI programs and delivery to be excellent. Dominique is an engaging speaker, and her teaching style is very good. The support materials are also excellent, as are the staff who assist. People who are motivated would be able to make use of what is presented. I have been a real estate investor for over 40 years, and I feel I have benefited a lot from the seminars. I have incorporated the use of the materials and data/financial facilities available to me in my forward planning, to begin projects in 2019. The DG Institute is creating more products to help people build wealth with real estate, so I am watching with interest the development of the company and how it travels in the future, navigating legislation, the current fiscal environment and government policy.

We had attended various presentations by Dominique, her presentation skills were brilliant and encouraged us to take the next step. We attended the Real Estate Rescue workshop where it was great to meet like minded individuals on their property development journey. The course material was interesting and insightful. It provided reasonable and realistic recommendations to put theory into practice.
After completing the 3 day workshop and joining the mentoring group I have found the support and encouragement from the DGI fraternity to be great. Whenever I speak to my mentor I am encouraged to keep going and more motivated to succeed.
The hardest part is to overcome the fear of buying and renovating that first property.

We have only been part of the DG Institute community for a few months and in this time we have been so impressed with the level of attention and support we have received by Dominique's team and the broader community. I recently attended the Property Uplift Program with Dominique and was so impressed by the way she presents, her knowledge and learned that she genuinely wants to help people achieve their goals which is why we have both now signed up for the Elite Mentoring Program which Dominique is also directly involved with. I attended Dominique's Real Estate Rescue course after realising I needed to increase my earning ability. I was very impressed with Dominique's knowledge and experience. I found the Real Estate Rescue program to be informative, well-structured and delivered in a very professional manner by Dominique and her team. Following the seminar, there is also a lot of additional information and support provided to students to keep you engaged in the program. I went on to join the Master of Wealth Control asset protection program and have been equally impressed with the service provided by the DG Institute.

I have been involved in property development and property investing for many years however, the Real Estate Rescue program opened my eyes to methods of securing property that I had never considered.

The course was well run with the information provided in a practical and understandable way. One of the difficulties many people face in embarking on a new venture is they have to do it alone. My experience is that there is no free rides in this world and like anything else, to be successful in property investment you need to take action and be prepared to ride out some disappointments along the way. After completing the Real Estate Rescue Course with Dominique and her team there were several self improvements to undertake so I was able Goal plan for the future. Dominque is a great mentor with the insight and information that she is willing to share as well as her life journey that gives every individual encouragement to change their own lifestyles so that their future is more positive. I have had the privilege to invest in two quality projects that is providing leverage for further investment opportunities.

As we go into a slowing market, Dominique's Real Estate Rescue system has the potential to save some precariously balanced owners from disaster by taking their case and supporting them out of trouble with their loan issues.

The course teaches the system, with all contingencies covered, and the work needed is probably a little more time than was expected.
As the tales unfold and the deal emerges out of the discussions and meetings, the system can produce a good outcome for all.
I look forward to again helping a borrower resolve their problems and having a chance to be rewarded for my efforts too.

I initially attended the Real Estate Rescue Program and was so impressed with Dominique and her team, that I HAD to attend the Property Uplift Program. I found both programs very informative, professionally done and well executed. I have done a couple of property programs and DG Institute outshines the rest by a mile! The strategies and practical examples were awesome and the testimonies of people who were changing their lives and circumstances by implementing what they were taught by Dominique were truly inspiring. I would not hesitate an instant to recommend DG Institute to anybody who was hungry to learn about property development and buying property at a discount.

Real Estate Rescue has evolved from Dominique personal experiences in Real Estate from losing everything to being able to rebuild her portfolio with her knowledge of the legal system . I found Dominique a very focused person with a wealth of knowledge not normally reviled to most people. Dominique has put together a unique training system teaching in simple language the produces to over come problems that you may over look when pursing a property. We are able to purchase distressed properties and are also able to assist the home owner and not leaving them empty handed. I found the event I attended clarified unknown questions and answers

I was amazed and blown away by Dominique's course and her deep knowledge in the property and debt space. The course is unique that it digs into the areas usually only legal specialists can understand, but the course was taught in a way that people without much legal knowledge can follow the learning path smoothly. And the knowledge taught is actionable and the more you practice the better you become.

Dominique is always on top of her game and I appreciate that she was willing to share with us. She is quite inspiring. I recommend that others (who are interested in property investing) attend her events as well.

I completed the Real Estate Rescue course in 2017. Although life got in the way of doing my first "rescue", I have gained a lot of knowledge. The process is simple but not easy.
You need to put in the time to understand the steps and get familiar with all the legal documents and terms.
Like most programs, it will work if you dedicate enough time and energy.

I was over the moon i come home from Sydney and started looking for property's. the knowledge i leaned was what i needed and were to search on sites, it opened my mind a lot more, i am very grateful for the education.

I have signed up to the upcoming Real Estate Rescue course for November 2018. I know some people out there are intrigued at this and some are going to questioning this. I have read all the reviews and can relate to the good and bad so far. However, I have to find out myself what this is all about as I am interested in real estate and always look for ways to buy better property and obviously create more wealth.

The event I had gone to was just out of chance. I had been receiving the constant emails over time and kept fobbing them off. Just by chance this one day when all the boxes had lined up (day off work, in the city with a spare few hours) I attended the seminar.

Dominique was very convincing and I can say she does know how to say the right words to get the crowd in. On this, I took the bait and signed up to the Real Estate Rescue course conducted in Sydney in November. Yes, it’s a lot of money however, when you calculate it in my life, (time, potential connections, and a chance of a quick flip) it worked out to be affordable for me.

Since the seminar I have received various amounts of emails with links to Dominique's on-stage performances. After watching these, it is clearly shown that it is scripted. I have also received two calls from DGI workers stating that they have seen my online interest in the DGI and would like to know if I would sign up. I have also received an email asking the same question. Maybe teething issues, maybe the start of bigger issues, who knows.

When I signed up to the Real Estate Rescue package, I was informed that I would be receiving and email with links to pre-course research that is recommended to be completed. I had also been given access to the porthole and slowly getting my head around it. This porthole has provided me with an insight on what to expect with the upcoming Real Estate Rescue course. Waiting for this pre-course email, today I had received and email from DGI asking if I would like to sign up to the free online course. Thinking this is it, I signed up. Later in the afternoon I received a call from a DGI employer who congratulated me on signing up. Asking if this was the course for the November Real Estate Rescue package, I was informed it’s not. I was told the course I was after was in another area of the porthole. (no dramas) However I was further informed that this new online course will be superseding the old online course that I have to do. So, no dramas I accepted this course. Upon accepting this new free online course, I was requested to complete three things prior to receiving the email with the link.

1. Requested to provide feedback on here and Google. (Here it is)
2. Acknowledgment that I will complete the online course by the 9th November (Why)
3. Make a commitment that I will provide feedback and contribute to the community (Don't know what this means)

Okay so here I am. Not here to judge anyone just telling you where I am at. Feeling like I have signed up to a cult so far but can see that I have gotten something out of it already. Looking forward to the seminar to see what i can fill my brain with but not looking forward to the day filler of stupid stories or the up-sell course that is going to be offered.

I have read a lot of the reviews and see that there is a lot better than bad. I am not leaning towards anything yet as I have very little exposure to the DGI system.

For me it’s like going on all those dates until you find that perfect one. For DGI its baiting that rod up really good and see who gets hooked. So, let’s see where this takes me and hopefully I get something out of this.

If I can say one thing, that is the DGI employers are friendly and helpful. Well done on that!
