I bought American fridge and nobody installed it I think if social distancing is in place there's no reason why they should not be installing and because I've had to get installed is my guarantee going to stand to me down road as it says we don't accept liability for installation being done by us get in touch for this please

Ordered a cd /radio slow in been delivered with Covid19 i understood probably the reason why. Received my order, first the box ripped and open, the box was not even taped up or more so needed protective wrapping nothing not even plastic wrapping. The electrial lead was missing, the cd lip broke stuck half open and cd spin wheel broke loose in the box, no delivery docket if you wanted to return. I phoned support help on receipt still awaiting for the cd/radio to be collected over 10days awaiting therefore cant get refund untill collected. Never brought from DID before and i wont again. For a big company to dispatch goods like that.

I ordered a nutribullet on Sunday 10th May and on 12th it had already arrived! I wasn't expecting it for 7-10 days. Amazing service, especially during such a crazy pandemic. Will definitely use again. Also love that it is an Irish company!

I recently bought a Dyson humidifier on-line …… person (man) who took the order was so helpful, and friendly - my first time to buy on-line. Also, person (young lady) who took payment details was v. nice.

I have an order (100241169) which was due for delivery today. Having had no contact I called & was told the order had been cancelled. No explanation given & no details as to who had cancelled the order.
I the spoke to a "Cian" who was less than helpful. He told that the order was on hold, that I'd received confirmation in error. Again no reason as to why this should be. He told me there was no manager available & then that he was a manager!
He was not prepared to go any further & his best advice was that I could cancel the order
Not a good service at all

I purchased a Samsung s20 plus nearly 2 weeks ago over the phone under the condition I would receive it last Friday at the latest, as the sales advisor advised there were 6 in stock so I proceeded with the purchase. I've followed this order up several times and it is continually being pushed out. I did manage to contact the sales advisor today and when he told me he didn't say they were in stock at the time of purchase I advised to listen back to the call, he immediately offered a refund?? I advised I've no intention of wanting a refund just the device which I've purchased nearly 2 weeks ago.

Ordered over a week and a bit ago still have not received confirmation that my order has been shipped. I have tried to send emails and contact customer care with no replys. I usually shop with Currys which I've send alot of mineyvwith the last few months never had an issue. While this company easily took nearly 300 off of me with no delivery date and the order says holded. Just rang customer service a little over an hour ago stating that it's a third party who handles all the goods? Which I dont understand as I ordwred off yous not a third party. The agent said the third party are checking everyone's emails and bank details for fraud what is this BS.

ordering was easy, delivery arrived on time.
Unfortunately one of the items (Microwave) was not working when received.

Collection and re-delivery took place, but communication was bad and delivery was just left outside door when re-delivered

My experience is of a system bursting at the seams with weak links.
Having purchased a Kitchenaid mixer on 18th April and receiving the item on 1st May, it was clear the item had been opened and used, either a floor model or a return. My initial phone call the following morning comprised of a care agent in the Clonmel branch telling me that, since the item came from the Bray branch, that he would need to email them to make contact with me. 3 days past, no contact. Second phone call connected me to the Bray branch by coincidence, where I was told the item wasn't the floor model as they were looking at the floor model while we spoke, must have been a return I was told. Arranged a collect and refund. 4 further days pass and no collection email, collection or obviously, refund. 3rd phone call now, this time to Waterford (virtual holidaying in lockdown!) where the agent told me that the collection process had been started by the Bray branch but they had failed to actually arrange a courier. Said courier was arranged for the following Monday (May 11th) Monday 11th came and went with no collection. Today (12th) Another call, I didn't get to find out which branch but was told by the agent that they would TRY to arrange a collection but were unable to promise anything and pushed me to the option of returning the item to my local DID myself when they re-open on Monday. Now, while everyone on all of these calls have been courteous, apologetic and pleasant, no-one has been able to solve the problem of having the item collected and refund triggered, much less apologise for the wasted time in calls that have so far resulted in no action and an unwanted, USED item sitting in my house for which I've paid full price in the first place. Nice but incapable would be my personal description of DID customer service. DID, what are you going to do about this situation?

But this review doesn’t go out to D.I.D goes out to your employee Orla. Fantastic employee and goes the extra step to sort out customer queries and difficulties. Would highly recommend her dealing with your orders, keep up the great work.
