I was so glad to find DiggyPOD for publishing my first book after three plus years research. After talking to several other publishers I found DPOD to be the most reasonable approach to pursue my book printing.

The support by staff via the phone was very helpful at every turn of the project. Confusion with terminology and other technical related questions were handled in a courteous, patient manner even though I may have called them several times on the same questions.

The book cover design with some input from me turned out outstanding and many people have commented on the cover as soon as they purchased or reviewed the book.

I find the printing quality to be a very professional and of high quality that is good if not better than others I have seen. The idea of the sample book that they sent out to me early in the process was a tremendous help in knowing what the options were and exactly how they would look.

The printing turnaround of 3-5 days on the original order and on following orders was unbelievable. I know they have the latest printing technology but the process still requires many steps and quality review. I am not sure that I could have received similar turnaround times on my book orders.

The bottom line is that my experience with DiggyPOD was first class from start to finish and on-going as well as their pricing. Thanks for helping achieve my publishing goals with your excellent organization. A 10++ for sure.

I had a boatload of materials to present to participants at a conference, and rather than hand out folders with a bunch of single sheets which would just get thrown away or lost, I was able to use the DiggyPOD template to quickly format the resources as a book. A 24 hour review process, and lots of emails updating me as things went along. Great customer service, and quick communication to answer my questions.

Books even arrived a day earlier than expected, which was great for my conference prep. I received rave reviews from participants who loved having everything together and have such a professional look.

I am definitely going to use this service again in the future.

I had text changes from my original order, submitting on a Monday and needing the order in hand by Friday. Not only did Valerie get the proofs to me shortly after I submitted but I was also called to make sure I had received them. The run was done a day early and I was able to have books in hand on Thursday and was able to save on any rush shipping costs!

I had a small book that my husband asked me to print before he died for the family. Was not quite sure how to go about it. Found your site on the internet and it worked. It was easy and quick.

I am a graphic designer and have completed numerous self published books. Once I found Diggy I’ve never used another printer for these projects. Incredible customer service with people who are knowledgeable, patient and kind. (And speak English). Completed books have been perfect in every way, the printing, binding and overall appearance. They give you proper measurements and a file check on their website that removes all guesswork. And the total cost can not be beat! Shipping and delivery amazingly fast. Diggys people keep you informed and updated through the whole process. I am grateful to have found them years ago and I will continue to use their services in the future.

For many years my dad had wanted to publish his stories and poems for family and friends to read, but I never quite knew how to go about it. When he was hospitalized recently we suddenly felt a sense of urgency and I started looking around online. Somehow I found DiggyPod, and I couldn't believe what a gem this company is. From the tutorials (couldn't have done it without them! I was totally ignorant about how to lay out a book) to the help (I called up asking about the resolution of my front cover photo - no answer machine and menu, a real person picked up and patiently answered my question) to the end result, DiggyPod exceeded our expectations in every way. And the cost - SO reasonable! A fantastic experience in every way. My dad is thrilled with his book.

I am a self published author that had a terrible experience with the book printing at Authorhouse. I received books with headers so faint it looked like ghost writing, every 4th page shifted 3/16" then back throughout the whole book and last but not least, the pages got lighter and lighter then dark again which also repeated throughout the entire book. Two different printers later through Authorhouse I became frustrated and hunted for a printer. It's been the EXACT opposite with Diggypod! I have now placed 4 orders of 100 books each and each one has been absolutely perfect! I am so pleased with their excellent and courteous service and at a very reasonable price. They completed my order in just 5 days. I submitted cover and manuscript files on a Thursday and had 100 books, over 300 pages each, arrive at my door by the following Tuesday and I live in Florida! Hands down, they have ALL my future business and I recommend them any chance I get.

I wanted to publish a book in two languages (English and Telugu) as a gift for my parents on the occasion of my dad reaching the milestone of living through 1,000 Full Moon days.

I had questions on how to make PDF of my book. And what the costs will be. It all turned out great. I thought the prints of the book were a bit expensive - but they were worth it. A great hit at the party with several folks requesting to have a copy. (I wish I had printed more copies - and still might do so in the near future).

I have used Diggypod twice now. The first experience was great. The second was very confusing and I was also charged $80 extra to finally get what I needed.

Several years ago, my wife and I spent two and one-half years with the Peace Corps in the South Pacific island country of Vanuatu. After coming back home, I wrote a book about the experience. I eventually got tired of the editorial process involved in publishing a book and, after storing it on a floppy disk and printing a copy, I put everything on a shelf and forgot about it. Recently, I came across my manuscript and discovered that, even though it was composed in an early version of Microsoft Word, I could still retrieve it and work on it. I decided to self-publish and it did a search online for "how to self-publish a book." I quickly discovered DiggyPOD and, after a few weeks and a few small snags with the proper format, I had two boxes of my very own book with my own photos on the front and back covers. Thank you, DiggyPOD! I have been very pleased with your help in realizing a dream that I had all too long ago.

This is the second time I've 'reordered' a book that I wrote in 2016. I appreciate the quality of workmanship and the ease of reordering. The books are shipped securely .... every detail is taken care to ensure my book arrives safe and in a timely manner.
