As a keen road cyclist and ageing amateur athlete with a busy work life Digme fits the bill perfectly for maintaining my fitness and sporting goals in a safe and structured environment and time friendly manor.

The staff / studios & technology are brilliant and the instructors engage with all members of classes to encourage and motive members achieve there goals whatever that maybe.

Keep up the great work Team Digme.

Only 1 or 2 instructors (spin) know anything about cycling. Matrix is the same regarding workouts; only 1 or 2 instructors know and teach proper form. A place for inflated egos and inflated prices... which is why it's popular with some people... lol

Being to many other studios around the world I did not find the service and cleanliness of the 2 studios I visited in London satisfying.

I love the RIDE class with David, by far my favourite class in London! friendly staff, (not too cool to speak to you unlike other studios!) good equipment, good stats, usually good music (choose the right instructors) and good availability and timetables. nice showers and facilities.

I turned up 2 minutes late to a spin class and the staff turned me away which I think was a little anal but understandable. I’ve done many spin classes with cleats and I’m a university cyclist (I even had my own shoes with me) but they wouldn’t take that as adequate preparation to clip in and out of a spin bike. They were very rude though and extremely unhelpful in terms of the lost credit. I’m a student and having spent a lot of money on classes, I thought they might’ve been a little more polite.

Excellent first time though most of the others attending were rather younger than I. Still my daughter's performance was 1st out of 25 and mine was last, so overall not a bad family effort.
Great staff and premises.
