This is owned by DIGNITY. We were charged over £5,500 for a funeral .We had the same type of funeral in London for under £4000(3 months earlier). Even when we went to the Chapel of rest our mum was not there and we had to wait for over an hour until they could get her from London to Ickenham (we had arranged this by phone 3 days earlier!!) We gave two stars as the funeral went well and Karen at Henry Paul did her best.We were rushed into using an undertaker and if we had more time would have gone to a family business. Please take this on board and if you see DIGNITY you are going to be charged over £3000, for looking after body £1000, plus undertaker£720, and then £1700 for THERE charges + all the extras!! 3rd party charges.

Excellent customer service canceled a policy & renewed to upgrade to pearl no penalties applied direct debit fully exceptable.100/% confidant in dignity funeral plan.recomended.

We wanted to get a plan in place for my mother in law, for whom I am her power of attorney, so that all would be in place as and when sadly it will be needed and having sourced various companies Dignity seemed to come through on top this was confirmed when I rang through and the professional side from them was also very good.

First I have heard from you have not received any plan when will I get the plan I do not know who my funeral director his . His mine and my Wifes plan In the post? Please inform me of this K Edgley

Having used Dignity in the past l know that they do a first rate service ,so looking forward I have done a prepaid plan with the knowledge that everything will be taken care of.

I had to be talked through the process on the phone as the online page wasn't working, but the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, I then received my pack a week after the call. I am glad I decided to use Dignity.

Obviously I will not buy from Dignity again, as I intend only to die once and therefore only have one funeral. My dear late mother bought a funeral plan from Dignity and it was SUCH a relief to have most things taken care of. I bought into Dignity so that I can spare my children as much hassle over my demise as possible.

Bought through Skipton and although they were having huge problems with their system the plan was very straight forward, have now received confirmation of the pkans

Phoned in for plan for the wife exactly what I wanted £300 cheaper than expected buying one for myself next year

Contacted Dignity to set up funeral plan and direct debit has been set up but now more than two weeks later I have still not received any correspondence about the plan I have bought. This is not good enough

At my husband's suggestion, we each bought a pre-paid funeral, prompted by the reports of sudden death amongst the elderly due to Covid-19, and wishing to protect our children, who all live far away from us in the UK and would have difficulty organising one, and potentially two funerals.
The purchases were done over the telephone, and the business was conducted in a courteous and unhurried manner, despite problems arising from working at home.

Follow up calls were received, to make sure we were fully satisfied. We were reassured by knowing our money is held by the legally independent National Funeral Trust.

Sort out computer system that doesn’t seem to cope with paying by lump sum and direct debit with me having to wait 10 days and they need to telephone back when they say they will.

It would have been 5, but as we have only received a copy of one plan, that being my wife’s I reduced the rating to 4.
