We have a contract with this organisation, they have failed to collect waste for 6 weeks now, both commercial and hygiene.
They rarely answer the phone or e-mails, and say they are only using e-mail and not permitted to use the phone for outgoing calls due to the Covid:19 Pandemic.
They always fail to call you back and are absolutely no help.
We are now over-run with waste.
If you want a decent, reliable waste collection service with a level of customer service don't go to Direct365!
Absolute shambles..........

Despite calling them several times and couple of time emailing for the last three weeks, they are not emptying my restaurant bins. Bins are now overflowing and creating problems for local residents. When I phone them they say they will collect but they do not. Last today, I try to make a complaint but the stupid lady cut my line. Again I called them and then another lady received my call. I explain the situation. I asked her, I pay you to empty my bin every week but why you do not collect every week. She could not give me any reasonable answer. It seems that she does not know which company she works and what the company do.

My request to the other business owners, please do a research before you sign a contract with them. Because there is no person if you have any problem. No one will listen to you.

If anyone from this rubbish company see this review, I request you refund my money that i paid you every week because you are not giving service every week. My account number is 00065505

Sent the wrong product over 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the correct product to be delivered even tho I have emailed numerous times because they don't deal with this over the phone

James Jone, was by far the best customer service I experienced in dealing with Direct 365. Although it was during the lockdown period and most likely was working from home he was professional and proactive.

Ordered a delivery at the beginning of April 2020 ............. part came crushed and rest still not arrived. I received apology and confirmation delivery would come 2 weeks ago..... still waiting and now having requested a full refund I am still waiting for that. Do not bother

I have used direct 365 previously and from the initial enquiry with the sakes team and all through to the engineers carrying out the tests the service has been excellent, prompt and professional. I will continue to use their services. Mr b mehta

Original order was placed on the 22nd April and was told it would take 3-5 working days. Two weeks later I still hadn’t received my order so I decided to chase, giving an extra week due to current circumstances, and was told that my items was out of stock and would be back in stock first week of May Today is the 13th and I still haven’t received my order

(James Jones) worked through difficulties caused by Covid-19 very professionally

Shame I didn’t speak to this guy first as was getting frustrated with the level of customer service after Biffa shut my services down without email phone call or letter to advise - something I hold no issue now with 365 after speaking to James

James was a saviour and we’re back in track ????

I placed an order for 5x products with a 3-5 day delivery. I did not receive them. 2 weeks after ordering (I allowed some extra time due to Covid) I called and spoke to someone who was unable to help but would send an email to the people that could assist. Again, no response from that so I repeatedly chased and emailed -now nearly 3 weeks later I am finally informed that actually they have no stock and don't have a delivery date. Refund is being processed at present.

Over two weeks since I placed my order, no response to my email querying delivery and I still don't have my item. Pretty appalling service TBH. I would not recommend and now will have the added hassle of contacting my credit card company to get my money back!

These people are trying to get me to pay for a collection which is nothing to do with my daughters hairdressing salon'
They use Biffa to collect
They charging for a 120kilo collection out of a 15kilo bin impossible but because Biffa say it is so they believe them
No common sense applied will not be renewing contract

Very good service, ive been with them for 3 years and ive never questioned my quote prices, but i did this time and was gonna move to another company, but Lauren Reynolds, managed to undercut the quote i had and gave me some greqt advice, veey good service
