I have been a Directron customer for years have never had a less than excellent experience with them. Directron is the only electronics re-seller I unreservedly recommend to all my friends and family. I must say their extremely prompt and efficient shipping has gotten me out of more than one tight spot. Outstanding company.

The "tech-support" (Spanish) guys are very condescending at times... Also the one at the counter! Mr Chen always wants to debate about the pricing and when ever asked for help he seems to always provide you with the most expensive product which isn't always the best product. The (Spanish) Lady in customer service is awesome she needs a raise. She's been an asset to your business from a customers standpoint.

Ordering system thru yahoo is the worst I've ever used took 30 minutes to do a 4 item order.
Customer Service told me yesterday morning that I'd have a shipping return label by end of day for a damaged item, have yet to received the label.

I used Directron because of the paypal option, I can't use paypal credit since it wasn't 99+ dollars, but in the future you'll be more likely to get business from me since now I know that I can :)
