Ordered headlight and a bumper/fender kit. They only shipped a partial kit order, even though their tracking system showed complete, and billed me a different amount than I agreed to. When I called to straighten out the order they said it was a computer error but would not fix the order. I cannot believe they are in business.

Received a fender that was dented and scratched. Tried calling, was on the phone waiting for a person for over 3 hours. Finally got a human and asked to speak with a manager since she was in sales, ended up with her hanging up on us. Said we could send it back if we paid shipping. Do NOT ever use this company.

I ordered a fender only to have it canceled as out of stock. When you call they are happy to sell you the same part at a higher price. Fell for it 3 times! Looked online and bought the part on another site, Auto Parts Warehouse only to find out that is also them and they did it again, the same tactic! And it's still showing available on both websites. Scammers! Buy elsewhere!"

I ordered a lower valance for the front of my car. I paid $45 for oversized shipping and they decided to fold it into three pieces resulting in two breaks along the part. Returns are not possible on this website. Was left on hold for upwards of an hour, never actually speaking to a living person. Their returns page on their website doesn’t actually allow you to submit any forms to top it off. To sum it up, the company thought I might not notice if they shove my 6 foot wide part into a tiny box and keep the shipping money, and made it impossible to get my refund. Don’t waste your money here, you won’t get it back.

Last week i ordered a car bumper support for my Chevy Malibu and it stated it was in stock but about a half hr after i ordered it i got and email stating it was out of stock. When i ordered it Discount body parts stated they do not take your money till it ship's but they took my money any way. Paid by debit card so i called them again today and they are saying will not get my money back till Wednesday. I call that FRUAD. Take your money when they do not have the part? Not charging you till it ships is a lie. They stated 24 to 48 hrs to return your money and my bank says different. My bank and my lawyer are going after them for FRUAD.Stay away from these people. DJD. I did get my money back but like a other review i read the part that they said was out of stock STILL SHOWES FOR SALE. RIP OFF.

placed an order i needed ASAP. website said in stock. told my customer to leave his car as we were anticipating part. next day email said out of stock. i called customer service and they honestly didn't care. offered no concessions besides an expected refund. also clueless. never ordering from these guys again. update your damn website

I ordered the parts, sent them back and they received them 05/21. Here it is 06/04 and I still haven’t gotten my money. They keep you on hold for hours and their sorry agents don’t even try to help just keep re-routing the call. They were quick to take my money but it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t sent me my money. I don’t have money to be giving away to these pathetic scheming people. I’m currently on hold and have been for the past 3 days. How is it that you’re not taking calls from opening to closing? Worst customer service ever and **** agents because none of them can help with ****! Do not buy anything from these sorry **** people! They want your money and that’s all!

I ordered a dashboard bezel for my car for 95.00 and I received a very flimsy cheap piece of plastic that doesn't even fit. It doesn't have anything to secure it like clips, adhesive or nothing. None of the inserts even fit. I had to glue all my inserts to it with a hot glue gun. ( Looks horrible) and I still can't even figure out what to use to secure it to the dashboard. I'll never buy or recommend this company to nobody.

I ordered a headlight assembly for a 2003 Acura TL and received a headlight assembly for a 1999 Honda Civic. It was for a friend in Mexico. I re-shipped it to him in Mexico not knowing it was wrong. It cost $70 to ship it to Mexico. Too expensive to send it back to return it to discountbodyparts. I called company and was told “sorry”. I feel I was ripped off by discountbodyparts

I ordered my first part online because it would have been more money to get it threw a store by me. I went threw reviews and checked the site out and sounded legit so I ordered it within 3-5 days I got my part I was glad I ordered from here will probably order more parts from here in the future!

Arrived in 9 days. Looks good. I retained the original wiring harness as it had other wires in it compared to the new part. One of the 3 light sockets had to be modified to fit the housing, the other two matched well.

Exact part, quick delivery - three days, great price, less than half of factory price. Will use them again. Totally satisfied.

I had to replace a broken side view mirror that was broken by hitting a deer in the middle of town at 4:30 am. I happened to find Discount Body Parts with a google search and their prices were far better than I had expected plus their delivery service at least equals Amazon and the extra perks in the package made it even better. Since my dealings with them I have recommended them to 4 other people already.

2004 Chevrolet 1500 pick up bumper came on timely basis as expected.

...it was 1 and 1/2 inches longer than the original part. Big headache.
