Very good price, kept me informed of the dispatch of product and it arrived three days after order was placed.

Received email on Tuesday to say parcel had been dispatched, chased on Thursday to be told being shipped for delivery Friday, received a phone call on Friday to say parcel was stuck in Hub. Can it be delivered Saturday? Now have staff on site waiting to complete work. Could do better.

We needed the batteries urgently, they arrived the following morning first thing.

Technical department engineers have been very helpful and always happy to provide help.

I didn't see an option for a faster delivery service to Northern Ireland (Which I would have paid)
There was no estimated day of delivery on any email updates.
I will not use again if the parts needed are time sensitive

Delivery was expect just taking two days. The alarmed key box is ok but the plastic (Glass) is a real fiddle to fit and it was a good job I had also purchased a box of spares as I broke two trying to set it up. Also the instructions are very sketchy, So I feel 3 stars is more generous, helped only by the good delivery.

Still haven’t got item no reply’s to my emails and now lost me money and credit on the job and made me look a fool 100% **** company useless

We've been using discount fire supplies for over 8/9 years and they have always gone above and beyond to help. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to meet your requirements. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs fire safety equipment.

Their helpfulness was very good but the item was out of stock and the delivery date was changed, instead of having the items in 5 days it took 10 days. During this time the staff were very helpful and kept their promise to return calls. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Ordered some basic items all in stock on Wednesday 12th December. Was sent a dispatch note the following day with a long tracking number, which had no reference to a particular courier nor did the number track to the courier.
After not receiving my items on Friday, I asked the customer service team to provide me with a form or tracking. I was emailed back rather bluntly to be told 'It's shipped with UK Mail". Still, no help with the tracking - I had to piece this together myself.
Then my items didn't arrive on Monday so I called them and I was told by 'Dan' that the box was wet containing my items, but without a doubt it would be with me on Tuesday 18th December. They couldn't tell me why they had found this information out on Friday regarding the damaged box and not simply delivered on Monday in a new box?
I was assured that no matter what, my box would be delivered on Tuesday - without fail. Guess what - it didn't arrive. So I spoke to Dan again who said that in fact they had rectified the issue, he was very sorry, but it would be with me on Wednesday 19th - without fail again. On Tuesday 18th, at 4:15pm, I asked him to retrieve the original package they sent themselves and just send me a brand new box with my items ready for delivery on Wednesday 19th December as I didn't really want a damaged box or any risk that my items had been damaged in transit.
He declined as he was 100% confident the original package would arrive...
He told me he would track it for me though and keep me informed.

So as it didn't arrive again on Wed 19th, I received a call this time from Sam at 4:15pm who had the frustrating news that they had just received notification that the original package sent the week earlier had actually exploded and couldn't be delivered. After many useless apologies, as that's all they were willing to offer me, I had to accept a new box to be delivered by 10:30am on Thursday 20th December. My business relied on the fire equipment from Sunday 16th December and so I've now missed 5 days of trading because of this. The courier let them down, but there was absolutely no urgency when rectifying this situation which took 8 days from start to end.

Only found out item was not in stock when called was told is was due in Monday 15th for Tuesday 16th delivery , not delivered until Friday 19th , order placed on 02/01/18 , would not use again as not sure if delivery could be made when required

Discount Fire Supplies has the best price for the fire alarm and emergency lighting equipment I needed. The order was placed on the website, acknowledged by email and delivery tracked and delivered to my door very rapidly. The equipment was well packaged and delivered with a packing list exactly as the order. First class.

i described to the sales technician exactly what had happened to our smoke detector (water damage from a bathroom leak on the floor above) and read out the serial numbers on the damaged item. He gave me a link to order the correct part online, which i did.
The item, the size of a small burger bun, arrived in a box nearly the size of a shoe box. Inside was the replacement head section, minus the electrical interface and clever stuff that should be on the underside of the detector.
If the technician had bothered to tell me the product had a base unit and clip on detector head like all the other products out there, but also a middle section which will certainly be ruined by water contact and would need replacing too, i would have ordered the correct middle section too.
I dont have time to run around chasing half arsed info from a company that restricts its products from open market availablity. We will asking the alarm co to use other products in our alarms from now on.

Ordered on the 31st still not delivered on the 13th despite telephone call.

Although I received the smoker detector in good condition, it came on the third date of 3 notifications. The remote control came when it should (great) but in a box that could have fitted about 100 remotes!! As I had to pay for delivery I think I got a poor service.

Excellent service but £17 for postage of a plastic key to Northern Ireland is extortion! and on this basis will try to source future items elsewhere.
