Overall good experience. Placed the order on a Friday afternoon before Memorial day and received the chlorine generator two days after the holiday. Installed it in about an hour and has so far been working well.

This is an excellent company and service, the products offered are by far the least expensive of the other suppliers. This Company always have the answers to my questions when they arise with the operation and troubleshooting of my equipment. Jason on the tech department is always very personable and willing to help and go through the troubleshooting steps to find and alleviate the problem...great job guys, great job

First time shopper with DiscountSaltPool. Found the experience to be great! Very knowledgeable advisor in Nathan who was able to answer all of my questions relative to my inquiry into a new salt system for my pool. Based upon my great initial experience with this company, and very good price, I would definitely return as other pool needs arise.

We purchased a SWG system in early April and hubby has done the installation himself. During the installation process we called several times with questions regarding both installation and water chemistry/balance. On one of those calls, John in Tech Support was very helpful, and on a subsequent call , another man (I believe his name was Jason) was also very knowledgeable. Every staff member we have spoken to has been friendly, informative and encouraged us to call back anytime we had additional questions. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Buying our SWG system from Discount Salt Pool has been a very positive experience and we would buy from them again.

We feel we got a great price on the salt system we purchased. My husband had a question about the install and called customer support, he was very impressed with how fast they answered his call. Also with the friendly service he received. The salt system so far is running great. Thanks

Fast and easy checkout and very helpful in the chat on online. Product is very well built and any part you might need is included. Only had a few days but very good so far. We like the fact the product is made in the USA.

Your web site is great - the Brand Comparison table made it easy to understand the differences between the brands and Ken helped me to decide that the best value to replace my old Pentair IC40 was the CircuPool RJ20 with the $10 upgrade to the RJ30. That saved me over $100 and shipping is free!

I talked to one of their Technical Service persons about sizing needs of the SWG system for my pool. He answered all my questions and verified some component measurements for me so I could compare installation of the new equipment to my old SWG system. I appreciate the good customer service. I ordered a CircuPool RJ60+ and it arrived in three days from time ordered, in good shape. Be prepared to sign for the package when delivered. I will be installing this system soon and like the fact that "owner installed" doesn't affect the warranty ( I've installed a few of these SWG's over the years). I look forward to putting this system in service as it looks to be a quality built system.

Worked with John M. over the phone for assistance in the selection of a new SWG system, and he gave great feedback and sent a quick quote of the options we discussed. DSP already had the best prices, but the customer service was over the top. Thanks again, John!

Great product,great service, what more could you want. My flow switch was intermittent, called Jason in tech support. And in two days recieved switch in mail. Easy install and everything is working perfectly. Jason is great to work with. Glad I went with Circupool rather than the other big name companies. Try dealing with their customer sevice. I am 100% new to this product. Your customer service was fantastic. Talked me through what I needed, didn't try to up-sell me on things I don't need. I appreciate the service and look forward to getting the pool converted over to a salt water system.

Loved their comparison chart of all chlorine generators, it allowed me to chose the correct one for our pool. Technical help was also very informative when I called to get more detailed information. Will add them to my favorites for use in the future.
