Displaysense were a really great company to deal with. I ordered 4 glass cabinets for my showroom, the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me with the correct sizing. Cabinets arrived earlier than expected and were easy to put together. Would certainly recommend. Thank you!

I'm a returning customer and ordered a number of clothes rails when moving house. I've had rails in the past from a known high street retailer, but they break quite easily. I have to say the 6ft clothes rails I ordered from Displaysense where great quality, I would certainly recommend.

Great customer service. The item I purchased which was a heavy duty clothes rail was excellent quality. Would definitely recommend Displaysense to all and certainly purchase from them again in the future.

Sadly despite being described as a heavy duty reinforced rail, the feet collapsed to one side once the clothes had been on it for around a week. I was not able to repair and had to recycle the whole rail. I would not recommend.

We have two in our double wardrobe...one each. For the first time ever we can see, and find, the clothes we are looking for. Now they are not crammed on one long rail, but on two each. Clothes are not as creased either.
The clothers railes are solidly built, easy to assemble and look smart in the wardrobe. If you are sick of wardrobe chaos then these railes are your answer.

I ordered the item in June and still haven’t received it....I had to contact them when I hadn’t heard anything and received an email with no apology saying it was out of stock!

Great services ordered 3x clothes rail was a little tricky at first Attaching one of the poles needed a little help from Hammer but once fitted no problems. Very please overall with the product will be purchasing from them in the near further. ????

I was told by Displaysense that the display case would be delivered on the day I requested for setting up for an exhibition. It did not arrive, but was delivered the next day - leaving little time to construct. Also, I was told on that day that it could be constructed by one person - on the packaging, it was clear that 2 people were required &, in fact, putting on the doors needed 3 people. It was also damaged.

The delivery was very late being delivered - we waited in from early morning until 7pm and it finally arrived at 7.15pm.
The double rail is too short to be a practical double rail, so both are now being used as single rails - so the additional rail is a complete waste of money.

I have had a positive experience in the past with this company. However, my most recent order arrived and I couldn't get it fitted for a few weeks. I didn't check the items at the time of delivery, as they were large glass cabinets, securely packaged. So, they were safely stored away. When I opened them, one had 2 completely smashed panels. Display sense would offer no assistance in replacing the damaged item, despite me being a regular customer this year, as I hadn't opened the package within their stated 3 days. I am very disappointed at the lack of flexibility and customer service or value in a regular customer. They are taking no responsibility in supplying a damaged product or one that got damaged in transit. Very disappointing.

Exellent service
We purchased two black heavy duty clothes rails
Easy to assemble and very sturdy
They have been in use for two months full of clothes to the maximum
Weight, and absolutely no sagging on the rails
Very happy and would recommend to anyone,

I have paid extra for a Saturday delivery, and they didn't deliver. When the racks arrived, one of the racks could not be assembled properly as there seems to be something wrong with the fit of the poles. They did not reply to my emails or provided me a refund.

I give 4 stars for I feel the lighting is poor and the pins that keep the shelves up could be a little longer .When l first put one up the shelves fell as one of the sides came out of its grove and had to glue it back in I rang up a week ago as I was two nuts and bolts short for one of the locks the lady said they would be in the post but haven't arrived yet I may have to use the glue Otherwise I'm fully satisfied with my purchase my flowers in and birds in the other lok spectacular
