Disappointing when one of the Jan Barboglio Guardian Angel boxes arrived missing the metal card with blessing. This was a Christmas gift that I gave to someone. Two calls in to Distinctive Decor, and although they were very friendly we still don't have the card.

Two weeks ago I bought a dining table from Distinctive-Decor. I was wondering how I would get it home, but to my surprise, they delivered it! I didn't even ask! The table is beautiful and fits my space perfectly. Thanks to the courteous staff of Distinctive-Decor.com.

Still waiting for one of my backordered items almost two months after I placed my order. Price is good though so I can't complain too much.

I ordered 20 biscuit trays, 19 of which were on backorder. I called the company as while I was on hold, she called the manufacturer to check when the items would ship. She then returned to my call and confirmed that the items would be available in less than a week. The items were gifts for a golf outing so knowing that the items would arrive in time was huge! They did arrive in the time frame promised and they were perfect!! The customer service agent even sent me a follow up email with the expected ship date! She went above and beyond !

We purchased several children tea sets for Christmas and birthdays in December. They gave us a 10% discount. The check out process was super easy online. My orders arrived on time (less than 7 days). And when I called customer support after I had realized one tea pot was cracked, she quickly looked up my name and replaced the tea pot without further questioning. I called Monday; the replacement tea pot was at my doorstep Wednesday! They didn't even ask me to return the cracked one! Thank you Distinctive-Decor for providing excellent customer service!

I was highly impressed with the store but the time they took to deliver forced me to rate it 4 star.

2 of my items shipped immediately with the third one on back order. It shipped one week later. Products were as ahown on site and service was great

I placed an order on December 21, 2015. As of yet I've had no delivery or any communication from them concerning the order.

I ordered and paid for 2 different Dunoon mugs when the package arrived it only contained 1 mug. I called to inquire about the missing mug and was told it was on back order and it would likely be arriving sometime in February. The order was placed several weeks before Christmas for a Christmas gift. When I asked why their website showed the mug in stock I was told it was a common complaint and they offered me a refund for the second mug. This was very annoying and left me scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement gift. They need to tell their customers the truth and not mislead about what is in their stock.

Extra long shipping/wait time, had to call to check on order after email was not responded to only to be told my items were on "back order" which was strange because 10 min it's after hanging up, I was charged and the items were magically in stock.

I have several ornament trees and I have been wanting to do a "12 Days of Christmas" tree for a while now. So glad to find these and get started . . .

Ordered Tuesday morning the week of Christmas and did not expect to get till afterwards as only requested the free shipping pace. Rcvd. on Saturday, was extremely pleased as relative was still in town for the holiday so was able to give personally. Have ordered in the past and was also fast shipping. Product packed extremely well and secure, I am very pleased and will continue to order from Distinctive Decor.

The item I ordered in November was advertised as one week delivery time for the holidays. It's now mid January. No delivery date yet.

First, I've got to clarify that my actual dealings with Distinctive Decor would be a 5 star rating, but was not thrilled with the product purchased. I didn't find much info on Distinctive Decor site, so went to the manufacture's site. Was specifically looking to see where it was made & if plastic touched the water in the electric kettle. The manufacture mentioned a European country as place of origin. It also looked like the only plastic touching water was on the filter screen which could be removed. It arrived quickly and in good shape. The kettle looked great, however, it said right on the box that it was made in China, and there were more plastic parts than what showed in the pictures.
I did NOT contact Distinctive Decor regarding the disappointment. Instead, I gave the kettle, as a gift, to someone who was not concerned about these things.
Distinctive Decor has always been very good in the area of customer service and I know I could have returned it if I had decided to go that route. I believe the owner would have also helped me find something more to my liking. I might try again.

I ordered an item thru Amazon and was expecting a delivery. A week later I was told that it was not in stock. I live outside of the u.s. And their delay prevented me from ordering it from a different vendor before I left. They should alter buyers that the item is out of stock.

Love my mirror and got it in 2 days! Shipped in a secure box with tape carefully securing mirror pieces in place. Very satisfied with product, price and delivery!

I paid $65 for 2-day shipping for a Christmas gift and it never arrived. I called to check the status and was told it wasn't scheduled to ship for another full week so I cancelled my order. It took them several days to refund my account, and only after numerous emails. Needless to say, this was a terrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Great about making sure my order was ready by Christmas when one item became back ordered.

I ordered this item through Distinctive Decor and chose 2-day shipping. I was alerted the item had shipped but no tracking number was made available. I called and was reassured that the number would be supplied. After 36 hours I still had no number. I called again and was told the shipper would be contacting me directly, this was Friday. By Sunday I received the e-mail that the item was no longer available due to it not being in stock. Although they followed through on letting me know the status it was really unfortunate it took them almost a week to get me answers. Not sure I'll be shopping there again.

My experience was fantastic - I received 10 Skyros dinner plates and 10 salad plates - packaged properly - received on time and not one chip or crack! Would buy from them again and would recommend to anyone!
