Free Shipping great!!!! good price on product-will shop again for sure. Ends of the rolls were damaged-if rolls could be extra wrapped or reinforced to protect product would help-nothing serious-very pleased -thank you very much

I bought the 26" long black balusters once before for 36 high handrail on my deck and was very satisfied. Now I have a 42" handrail height on a higher deck area and need the 32" long 100-pack, which I am sure these will work great also. Thanks

Order the Adirondack Dining Set with 4 Chairs from these guys. Best deal I could find online and they had it in stock. Also ordered seat cushions for all of the chairs. Everything came as I ordered with free shipping. Would buy from them again.

oerdering was a snap but the delivery was not so good they said 2-3 business days and it has been 6 business days so far and still not here yet my deck crew has been sitting around and waiting for 2 days.

I have placed 2 orders with DIY-HC.

I found that the WEB site lead me very easily to the items I needed.
(I did not have to do a lot of searching.)

I found that you processed the order and shipped in a very quick manner.

Item was ordered one week ago and to date I have not received the item.
A check of the tracking shows it came to my city yesterday and is not scheduled to be delivered until day after tomorrow.
Hard to complain about the timeliness when the shipping was free.
This is a good item that enables me to control algea in my fishpond and I am glad it is available through DIY.

This order was made on May 11, 2012 and as of today May 25, 2012 has not been received. 14-DAYS & COUNTING NOT GOOD!

I need only five more arch balusters, and Home Depot sales a box of 14... that's too much, so I google and find out DIY has it. I call customer service and he quickly lets me know that my current arch balusters and his are the same product. That's great.

You all were great - the woman I spoke to on the phone was tremendously helpful and friendly - she promised to be sure the items were shipped the day I ordered them and they were and they arrived in the length of time you all said was possible

Great...the order arrived less than 48 hours after I placed the order, and the order was correct. I will install the deck lights this weekend...product looks like it is well made and that it should be relatively easy to install.

Online customer service could have sold me a product but he/she wasn't sure if it would work and referred me to the manufacturer. I really appreciated that as he/she could have just told me it would work and made the sale. Turns out that the manufacturer did confirm it would work so I was able to purchase the product from DIY Home Center. Creditable and integrity... can't beat that!

I ordered $5000 worth of railings. Some pieces came chipped and smashed they told me they would only credit me for one $70 post.
I asked for a manager, they told me that damage should be expected and to work around it.
