Fantastic service, just ordered a Dyson, saved £140 On the price at Currys, free delivery 2 days as promised, parcel tracked all the way. I will definitely use Donaghy Bros again and have recommended to my friends and family..

Ordered a Dyson hoover from them on 17th May ... received an email advising that delivery could be delayed because of current Covid-19 situation but Hoover arrived on 20th May.

Cost of hoover was significantly cheaper than the 'big guns' and also delivery was free.

Thanks very much ... I will be recommending you to friends and family!!

Recently had the bad fortune of ordering a cooker online from them. To be sure, It was cheaper than elsewhere, but I ended up paying for that mistake. They delivered a 100 Kilo cooker (hope it works!!!) kerbside and expected me to take it up one flight of stairs. On complaining, they just pointed towards the section of their website where they stated 'kerbside delivery only). Wish I had checked, but I never had to deal with this issue before.I thought I was dealing with a trusted, family run business with good online reviews. I was wrong. I have learnt my lesson: I am sticking to John Lewis from now on.

I was served promptly in the shop by a very friendly man, then my goods were delivered within 2 days by 2 very helpful men who fitted the appliances in no time at all

Purchased a Breville kettle (£35), when I used the kettle it was excessively noisy at times when boiling (a loud banging and thumping noise), on the first time I returned the kettle staff checked the kettle in my presence and no fault could be found, I explained that it was an intermittent but regular fault, salesman explained that as the kettle appeared to be in full working order there was nothing they could do. Returned again 2 weeks later with the same fault, I also made a recording on my phone of the fault, kettle checked again and again staff could not find fault. I have now thrown the kettle in the skip and purchased a new kettle from a different retailer, I had been a customer of Donaghey Bros for the past 30 years but will never purchase another item from any of their outlets ever again.

Bought a Rangemaster Cooker Classic 60cm Electric, Good Price, Delivered on time with no troubles. Only 4 stars due to fan breaking down after 10 weeks of ownership, probably manufacturers fault though rather than retailers. Although it makes me wonder if the product is 100% new at purchase?

Found this company by accident was a little cautious as amazing prices but had good reviews, and my Dyson came with full manufacturers warranty and a speedy free delivery I will defiantly use again

Spent £550 for fridge-freezer, item supposed to be delivered within max 7 days, on 5th day received first and last email with delivery information - in 5 days, after 12 days nothing happened, I sent email with enquiry about my item, never received answer, On 14th day after purchase I received call from delivery company, guy told me fridge would be in 2 hours. So wife had to take day off, and she had to carry fridge because they send 80 kg item with one man. No communication, long delivery, terrible delivery company. Better spend extra £20 and buy somewhere else.

5 star review for 5 star customer service. Ordered appliances online for a new kitchen, hundreds of pounds cheaper than their nearest competitor. Arrived in the Uk from Northern Ireland, really well packaged in time for fitting. Really knowledgeable staff, could advise comparison of different models and advise which suited my needs best. Any contact with staff was courteous and polite. Really delighted with my purchase and will definitely be buying my future electrical appliances from Donaghy Bros. They really could teach the big multi-nationals a thing or two.

I bought a Kitchen Aid mixer during lockdown and expected it to take a number of weeks. It arrived within the week, wrapped securely and was perfect. We were kept up to date all the time and the service was excellent. Price was competitive and no delivery charge.
Thank you and would recommend the retailer without hesitation.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I BOUGHT 2 ITEM ON BLACK FRIDAY AND AFTER 2 WEEKS THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE IT IS STOCK I LOST THE OTHER DEALS ON BLACK FRIDAY.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We had high hopes for this company & ordered a £700 cooker hood as part of a kitchen refurbishment we were doing.
A couple of weeks after receiving the item our kitchen installers opened the box only to find that the hood was damaged - we contacted customer services only to be told that as we hadn't reported the damage within 48 hours we should 'claim on our house insurance'.
Of course the '48 hours' condition means absolutely nothing in terms of receipt of damaged goods, so we spoke at length over email to one of the customer services managers. He repeated that we should claim on our house insurance & insinuated that we had damaged the item ourselves. He had come to this conclusion due to my wife saying we opened the item in our (rubber floored) garage, but the photos showed the item on chip board & also that we had said on one email that the 'kitchen fitter' had opened the item & the 'electrician' had opened it on another review. Talk about weaseling!
He even made up some cock & bull story about conducting 'tests' by dropping the boxed cooker hood from a height - personally I'd have preferred if they'd sent us the replacement hood instead of conducting pretend tests on it - indeed I said so - this may have at least redeemed the company in our eyes.
As it is, we conducted our own 'tests' where we ordered about 4.5 thousand pounds worth of other appliances including induction hob/Neff ovens/fridge and freezer from John Lewis & every single one arrived on time, undamaged & some of them price matched with Donaghy Bros themselves.
So even though we're down £700 we feel like we've dodged a bullet!

I ordered a £500+ Dryer from Donaghy Bros on Thursday evening as our old one gave up, it was showing as In Stock with a 3-5 working days, the following day I received an email to say the item was in Stock with their Home delivery company in the UK and they would be in touch with me to arrange delivery......and that was the last I heard.
The following Tuesday I rang the delivery company and was told that they didn't know anything about my order....I contacted Donaghy Bros who said that there had been a mix up and the item wasn't actually in stock in the UK and that they were awaiting a delivery of stock from the manufacturer and they weren't sure when I would get my dryer.

After contacting Donaghy Bros on Wednesday I was told that it would be delivered on Monday so I arranged to work from home so I could be there when it is delivered, after again chasing Donaghy Bros Friday morning I have been told that it will now be delivered on Tuesday.......

Not once have I received a call/text/email from them keeping me updated other than when I have prodded then...

All in all, pretty poor customer service !
