Still haven’t received order and it was placed 10 days ago.
Had to place another order for some other closures as can’t rely on this company.

I sent an unused lock back (recorded delivery) 3 weeks ago and still no refund? No reply from any of my 6 emails. So frustrating when they charge a 25% restocking fee.

Item ordered (8.3.19), On receiving the item (11.3.19) i telephoned and explained that i had ordered the wrong item and was told to order the correct item on line and they would collect the return at the same time as the new delivery and refund me, which i did. I also made a note on the order to collect the return.On 21.3.19 the return still hadn't been collected so i chased them via email and was told i had to send it back. I did this and the item reached them on 23.3.19. I didn't receive any communication or refund despite chasing them a number of times. Eventually on 23.4.19 i got an email saying they had found my returned item and would issue a refund the following morning. This never happened, i have emailed requesting this a number of times and have received no reply. Today i wrote giving 7 days notice of taking legal action.
PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY..

I ordered a door closer on Monday and it was with me on Tuesday ready to fit. Excellent! Thank you Door solutions direct.

I ordered a fire rated door closer as the existing one had failed after years of service. Obviously this needed replacing quickly, ordered! No delivery tracking information, I chase it up and was told it would’ve delivered tomorrow. Four days later I called and cancelled the order, during cancelling I was again told it would be delivered tomorrow - no thanks.
Ordered elsewhere and it was delivered the next day.
Still awaiting a refund after several emails requesting a full refund
I would never order from these again.
