Still no delivery several weeks after payment and hours of chatting and e-mailing to them. Worst client service ever, lying to you, giving you fake DHL numbers so you keep waiting... stay away from them!!

The product which I ordered was not in stock (1/2 weeks), they informed me correctly and every week. Thanks.

I ordered to that site on 21 april, they claim they send the package but I never received anything. The order was canceled on 9 may since I'm begging to have my money back. They always say it's done ore they will do but nothing happen . They can't even send me the proof of the refund !! They are thieves and liars. I will open a case against them for fraud and maybe I will have it back

Commande d'un ampli indiqué comme en stock à 900 €, 1 mois plus tard la commande n'a pas évoluée et aucune information de la part de Doublepoint.nl. Après avoir pris contact avec eux, ils m'annoncent que ça ne sera pas envoyé avant 1 semaine... Ne voulant plus attendre je demande une annulation de la commande et remboursement, ils acceptent mais annonce un délai de remboursement sous 14 jours... 30 jours sont passés et je suis enfin remboursé. Il y aurait eu un problème avec mon virement... L'important c'est que c'est résolu. Malgré des délais long j'ai pu échanger régulièrement afin de résoudre le problème.

Order of an amp indicated as in stock at 900 €, 1 month later the order has not evolved and no information from Doublepoint.nl. After contacting them, they announce that it will not be sent before 1 week ... No longer wanting to wait I ask for a cancellation of the order and refund, they accept but announces a refund within 14 days. 30 days have passed and I am finally reimbursed. There would be a problem with my transfer ... The important thing is that it is solved. Despite long delays I was able to exchange regularly to solve the problem.

Ordered speakers 2 weeks ago with delivery date of 2 days .
because of the holidays had trouble contacting them
however when they called me back they offered me an upgrade for the inconvenience.
Very nice of them to rectify the problem this way

awaiting the speakers anxiously!

edit : got the upgraded speakers the day after!

I let myself be blinded by the low prices and ordered a Denon Receiver from Doublepoint on December 15th and paid in advance. When ordering, the delivery time was given as 3-5 days.

After 83 days, countless emails and phone calls, I still haven't received the Denon Receiver. The same lies are repeated again and again like "we will ship next week" or "its already been shipped", but nothing happens.
I know firsthand that two guys who ordered the same Denon Receiver one day after me, received it after 53-55 days, not in 3-5 days! These people were also lied to for weeks!
These people also told me that if the package was actually shipped you would get an automatic email from the system with a tracking number. I have never received such an email.

Considering the other bad reviews from people with similar experiences, you could say it's a common practice at Doublepoint.
They lie to you, take your money and do not deliver for months.

Don't be fooled by the low prices. Do not buy from Doublepoint. And if there is no other way, then only goods that are in stock.

I ordered a Centerspeaker on 29.9.2019 with an advertised deliverytime of 3-4 days. On 16.10. I tried to contact doublepoint about the delay without any success. On 18.10. they finally answered back and promissed me its already shipped and the will send me the tracking-number. After another inquiry I recieved a trackingnumber on 1.11. which does not work until today. They charged my creditcard right after the order, which is now 1,5 months ago. If the speaker does not arrive untill the end of the week I will contact my lawyer, because this is clearly a rippoff.

Update 12.11.:
Still no atempt from doublepoint to contact me or to clean up this mess. They do have almost 500€ of my money since 1,5 months without delivering anything. A trackingnumber, that i recieved 3 weeks ago, seems to be fake (at least it just shows "waiting for deatils" since 3 weeks).

DO NOT ORDER THERE! Its just anoying and time consuming to work with them. I talked to other customers and it seems i'm not the only one.

Update 1.12.:
In the meantime I have cancelled the order (confirmed on 15.11.) and I am still waiting for my money. I have no idea, if I will get the monay back again or not. This shop is highly suspicious and anything but reputable. The next update will contain legal action.

Update 4.12:
After increasing the preasure doublepoint was willing to refund the money and the money was refundet 3 days later.

Update 17.12:
doublepoint is trying to tkae down my review by claiming it was no genuine buying or service experience. I sent proof to trustpilot, because I think other people should read this.

Ordered on 18th December, website showed delivery within 1-2 business days. Assumed that there would be some delay due to Christmas.

Called on 27th December and was told that it would definitely be delivered by Saturday 29th. This is already one week late.

Called them today and was told that the product was never sent to Doublepoint from their supplier in the first place and that only yesterday did they place another order on another supplier. Now I am being told it will definitely arrive by THIS Saturday.

Asked politely for a discount and was told they can give me 3% off for waiting 14 days on a 1-2 day order. Quite insulting.

Told them about the fact that I placed this order at another Dutch vendor before for the same product and they called me the same day to tell me that my order wouldn't be delivered until the first week of January so I cancelled and placed an order with Doublepoint instead. The product was €10 more expensive at Doublepoint. I informed them about the price difference because of their "lowest price guarantee" and was in response offered a whopping 6% discount. On a €99 order.


I am an audio technician and this order was placed as a gift for someone. However, I am still looking to buy more equipment to complete a studio and another home hifi setup. Obviously this won't be with Doublepoint.

This company has very low standards and their prices and policies make no sense. Whatever unreliable suppliers they depend on, when something goes wrong I expect to be at the very least informed about it in advance. Their customer service are not provided with enough information and if they are they can't actually do anything to help you.

I have now called them three times and emailed them as well, and the result is that they refuse to honor their own price policy, and as "consolation" for waiting 16 days IF the order even arrives, I get €6 back from €99.

This is a joke.
