Phil has been dealing with our business insurance since we took it in back in 2009. He is helpful and pleasant and good at explaining things. We have just signed up again this year and the price is excellent too

1st class service shopped around and got us the best deal saving us £200 from last year even though we had a claim. They are always happy to help. we would not go any where else now.

Really good service, Michael Jones who assisted me was really helpful and efficient when I needed to get our insurance sorted quickly. Would highly recommend.

Second year we have used DPI insurance and once again service was quick and clear and the premium was competitive.

Mark Farrell was the broker I dealt with and he was fantastic from start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure the policy we wanted was what we got .... not a single fault can be found with how he dealt with us! We will be using dpi again and also recommending our other business associates to dpi

We have had to have two claims over two years he first for stolen tools the second for hitting a cable whilst digging and on both occasions DPI have been very helpful. They sorted every thing out on our behalf I would not go anywhere else they are they insurance company we have ever had you get a personal service with them which is rear these days.

Michael was very helpful, professional, explained everything well and got me the best deal he could. He also made sure the policy was best suited for the company I run.

Had a really good experience with DPI very helpful last year with the claim for our Fire we had in the work shop.
Very helpful this year that's why we have gone with them again this year

I had a cheaper quote from a quote-shop rival - the problem was the quote was cheaper because the rival quote did not cover for malicious damage or theft. This was pointed out (this cover omission was hidden in the exclusion clauses of the rival quote and would have meant we were not covered for 2 higher risks). I therefore went with a brokerage who could give advice and assistance when needed, rather than just a quote shop - which could have meant we were not appropriately covered.

Used them for a few years now and have given a professional service, would recommend them, my only issue but it's an industry thing, please give the best quote 1st time but apart from that good company, never made a claim yet.

I have had several insurances with the company over a number of years always being looked after by Claire. Always excellent service in a very friendly manner.

We have used DPI for a few years for business insurance and for landlords ins on 3 properties. They are very helplful and the prices are good. Always seem to know who I am when I call.

I dealt with David and he really understood what I needed and offered me coverage that I did not have prior, which I accepted. Overall great price and I have better cover than expected within budget.

We used DPI last year and despite other companies providing quotes for this year we decided to stay with them as their quote was the most competitive.
Susan arranged everything for us and was very pleasant and polite

I contacted a number of insurers for quotations and Mark from DPI was by far the most friendly and professional, he listened to our requirements and made sensible suggestions. It makes a refreshing change to deal with a professional business rather than a call centre with disinterested staff who don't know their business. Through Mark's good work we ended up with the same cover from the same insurer but around half the premium, saving us thousands. Thank you.

Susan was extremely helpful as we were changing our company to Ltd on 1st July but our insurance was due in May. She managed to set our insurance up in our old name and then helped again when we went Ltd by arranging the closure of the old insurance and opening a new insurance in the change of name to Ltd.She got us a really good price with the cover that we needed.

I have been with DPI insurance almost since its inception, and have been looked after professionally and courteously throughout the years. Response times are fast, problems are resolved efficiently and I would highly recommend using DPI.
