Steer clear of this business I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot ????

Never received it so I got in touch via Pigsback to see where it was. Initially someone called Keo just kept copying the same response that it will be chased up and they will get back...which they never did.
Unfortunately this is the point that I came across Trust Pilot reviews and my heart sank.
I had to resort to contacting their other company, Furniture Maxi via Instagram as they seemed to be good at getting back to queries.
They did put me in touch with someone called Zoe that was, at the time, very helpful and I seemed slightly hopeful.
Keo basically lied and said that my furniture was on the way and Zoe was upfront and told me that it actually wasn’t in stock, they were waiting delivery and it would be out the following week.
Also, when it did come in stock my raincover wasn’t so she asked if I was happy to wait 2 weeks on that...I was more than happy to because I was trusting everything else was on the way.
I was told about the fire, however I know that I purchased my stuff after the incident so I was sold something that didn’t even exist.
Anyway...yet again my item didn’t turn up. I asked Zoe what was going on as I hadn’t heard from their courier Countrywide.
She sent me tracking but I had to email someone instead of just checking online.
When Countrywide finally got back they told me that tracking number isn’t belonging to something they have.
I emailed them back and found out that Dreams Living had requested for the deliveries to be taken back to them and Dreams Living still have the freight.
Obviously this panicked me and when I emailed Zoe she was out of office.
I then emailed Sherry and Kurt as directed by Zoe’s auto reply asking what was going on.
Sherry finally got back and after explaining what I had experienced so far she basically confirmed that they don’t use Countrywide at the moment as a courier and they are awaiting other arrangements.
LITERALLY that was it. Nobody informed me of this I had to find it out myself.
I asked when can I expect this to be sorted and of course I’ve heard nothing and now it’s the weekend, rolling the issue over to another week.
How annoying knowing it was on it’s way and got taken back to the warehouse?! I paid for delivery so how can there be no courier?
Not far off 2 months I have been waiting on this. I’ve been very reasonable to wait as long as I have and didn’t request a refund I was happy to see if it would arrive when it came in stock.
However this weekend I have sourced another furniture set and unfortunately I’ll be getting the ball rolling for a refund first thing Monday morning.
Absolute disgrace. I’m just gutted I read trust pilot so late. I just thought they would be a reliable company as they were on Pigsback.
So over €600 almost down the drain...now I’m dreading the refund process but I have had enough.
Don’t use them there is similar stock from reliable companies use them instead.
****UPDATE****
Just to let other customers that are in the same boat know that a refund process isn’t that stressful.
I already have my refund back...Dreams Living aren’t to thank for that still to this day they are ignoring me. So don’t wait around just get on to your bank for a charge back.
Pigsback eventually allowed the refund anyway.
Also funny thing was after refund was authorised I had an email explaining the fire again and apologising. They told me Palletways has now been sercured as the new courier and had already left the Thursday before...no tracking number.
I called Palletways myself and they told me I was the 3rd person to call and see if they had my order...they had nobodies order because DL was lying yet again.
SO glad to be rid of this company. I have told Pigsback not to use them as apparently they do review companies and remove them if they are bad. Let’s hope other voucher sites follow suit!

1). You may be lucky and receive you're items (probably late and with a 12 hour delivery window) and receive no/little communications - when you unpack it you may have no damage and therefore be happy with the product (at least initially - though overtime I'm dubious of quality).
or...
2). If like the many posters like me you have any sort of issues e.g. damage, missing parts, general level of quality then expect a whole world of pain dealing with the non-existent customer services who you will have to spend on hours on hold ringing and pleading with and then when you do have a deliveries/collections booked they won't turn up wasting your time in an endless cycle of despair.
I like many order a rattan Yakoe cube set from Wowcher - it was supposed to arrive 29th May, I rang repeatedly for a prior week to confirm delivery and was getting worried and thought about contacting my credit card company when 2 days before I finally got through only to be told my delivery would be 6th June.
This day arrived and to be fair it arrived on that day, alarm bells should have started going off when even the delivery driver was having a moan about how bad Dreams Living are, they are employed by a sister company Roadeeze who use agency staff.
When I unpacked the items the frame of the couch was crushed (send photographs to Dreams by email) and the table leg was faulty. Arranged a collection or broken couch and damaged table leg - first attempt didnt turn up, on second occasion turned up with couch and no replacement table leg - delivery driver shows internal correspondence from the warehouse repeatedly asking for the leg. Oh and the replacement couch box had a cigarette butt in the bottom - nice.
Further calls to dreams and demanded compensation, offered £10, and insult escalated to managed offered £29.99 (which I had to chase for weeks for) - the table leg was then sent out by Yodel. They sent the courier out with no warning so that was missed and then the courier immediately attempted delivery the following day (before I could even call them!) - If I didn't make this delivery it would stay at their warehouse 30 miles from my home, so I had to return home from work to receive this - to be fair Yodel have an up to the minute tracking service.
Opened the box for the table leg and found that it appeared to have been squashed by a forklift truck (no damage to box though), again email photographs, lots of chasing and another missed delivery (no communications) - by this point I'd spent something like 20 hours on hold/speaking to Dreams Living (most on hold) - only twice did they ever call me.
I requested further compensation and this was denied - stating they only give this once! Don't think that approach is consistent with the Consume Rights Act.
During this time I'd had the rattan sat in the garden for about 5 weeks and one Saturday morning I noticed that the rattan weave beneath the glass screen had split (must have contracted under the heat) and the rest of it was very brittle. I'd also found that I was continually having to re-weave bits of rattan that would pop out and look frayed.
The whole quality in my opinion is rubbish, therefore I sent photographs and raised this to a manager stating that I would be getting a section 25 or charge back through my credit card company.
Dreams to be fair didn't dispute this but ask that I return all this fully boxed (luckily I still had the boxes squash at the side of my house and it hadn't rained too much), so I was able to rebuild these.
The collection (on a Sunday came and went) due to the issues experienced I even called on Friday (as Customer Services don't work weekend). I called now furious and as I'd also been liaising with my back a credit card charge back could now be issued.
Dreams stated that they would collect this on Wednesday and this actually happened though the delivery driver told me this was only added to his round that afternoon and he barely had room to fit my items on the van (at one point he thought he'd had to leave one box) in the end he managed to squeeze in my items with the shutter door bowing out and his trolley on the passenger seat.
I enquired what all the other goods were as this was now 6:45pm and he was returning to Birmingham - and he advised me that this was all the returns - Yes and entire van full of returns from customers just like me.
I see Dreams Living heaving advertised on Wowcher national deals and as a result I've had to unsubscribe from that mailing as I just don't want to even think about this company ever again.
I suspect if this company fails they'll be back under another name - I think beneath the hood they are a cheap Chinese import/export company with minimum customer service - they advertise at high prices e.g. my set was £999 on their site, and then discount by 50% on wowcher or groupon etc. and seem to rely on trading in volume and apathy of customers to just accept inferior products to make a margin.
You have been warned, in the end I went to Argos and bought another rattan cube - this to be fair isn't as comfortable and there was a missing part (which Argos sorted immediately) - but at least I know this set will last about 5 years, alternatively go to your local garden centre when they are doing a clearance and I'm sure you could do better than this lot.
