I had stumbled across the DubaiVisa.com website on my search to sort my Dubai visit visa problems and take my family on a surprise trip. I was amazed at the professionalism and the quick work they did for me. I had no problems at all and was ready to go in no time.

I have nothing good to say about this company. They employ lies and make false statements prior to payment. As soon as I Paid, the bot on their site masqueraiding as a human tried to upsell me to Express. Their normal visa fees is more then double through Emirates but we dont have Emirates in my country (Malawi). I refused, and as people said on other sites they couldn't care less about me missing my trip due to their lies. Best of all, they take a $40 refund fee for doing NOTHING!! DON'T USE THEM, YOU MIGHT AS WELL BURN YOUR MONEY.

InstaDubaiVisa.com is an elaborate and well-planned scamming operation. You will notice that almost all of their 5-star reviewers have only ever submitted one review on TrustPilot. The scammers behind InstaDubaiVisa.com know that many visa applicants are worried and vulnerable so they tell them what they want to hear. This is an extract from their marketing blurb. "We are proud of the fact that our visa rejection rate is less than 0.02%, the absolute lowest in the industry. For a limited time only, we are offering a 100% refund guarantee, in the slim case your visa application is not approved by the UAE immigration department. We are the only company in the world offering such a guarantee!" Of course, it's nonsense. No reputable visa agency could possibly make such outlandish claims. My Filipina wife applied for a simple tourist visa to Abu Dhabi using their visa services. She paid AED 671. She must have been so unlucky to be one of the 0.02% who was rejected. BTW, since we got married, my wife has never had a single visa application rejected until she used InstaDubai. Go figure? Of course, the 0.02% rejection rate is fake, just like the 100% refund promise. Please see their refund response below: *You must be Advised, Insta Dubai Visa is unable to process refunds on any processed, approved or rejected visa application". They claim to process visas within 24-72 working hours. Many applicants mistakenly assume this means 1-3 days. However, 24-72 working hours actually means 3-9 days! The good news is that my wife reapplied via the Etihad airlines visa link and got a tourist visa within 72 hours with a minimum of cost and documentation. Where possible, if you need a visa, then I recommend that you book your flight via one of the UAE airlines (Etihad and Emirates) and use the visa application services linked to their websites. Above all, do not give your hard-earned cash to scammers such as InstaDubaiVisa.com.

Rubbish service... waste of time

I applied for a 2 visas for my mother and father in law who are elder people and are coming to visit us because my wife is about to have a baby. All I wanted is to get the application submitted as soon as possible. The 3 days passed and when i got in touch with them they said we will submit after 10 days. I explained that the tickets will be expired before that then they said can we cancel your application. And after a min they canceled it. Very useless they wasted my time and frustrated me keep me following up for a week i would have got my visa long ago by applying directly to government. Don't waste your time with dubaivisa.com. It's usless.

Really nice experience, because staff was really worried and gave me a great support to get the correspondent VISA and the staff followed all the process until I got the VISA Congratulations!!! i felt very comfortable during all long process.

They deliver me the visa within two days. The service was very good. I will recommend this site for Dubai visa as you get the visa on only 100 or 120 US dollar, which I found expensive on other sites.
