I had a terrible experience with this company...while in the process of renovations I bought a very expensive doorbell for my electrician to install at a later date. Upon installation I noticed discoloration on the metal face plate of the doorbell. I brought it to the attention of the company once it was noticed and they used the excuse that I was a few weeks past the return date and they would not be replacing it.

DWR is a company that finds it acceptable to sell their clients garbage and act as though they are exclusive. I've purchased several other items from them in the past and I now will no longer be a client.

Please look elsewhere...somewhere that cares about the quality of their products and their reputation.

We’ve ordered 3x from DWR in the recent months and not a single purchase has been smooth. Our table was delivered broken and it took us months to finally receive a refund for it. Other things we’ve ordered (listed as being in stock) had their ship date consistently moved backwards and eventually never got shipped. Still working on those refunds. Their customer support is an absolute joke.

I ordered a table lamp from their website on September 2. The website did not state that there is a production time and a shipping time. So, when the receipt said 2-3 weeks I assumed delivery in 2-3 weeks.
It's now October 22 and they tell me it's "in shipping mode".
good products but misleading delivery dates & unhelpful customer service.

I ordered towels for $50 which arrived damaged (frayed) i contacted the company to return the product and get refund. Their return policy allows you to return products within 30 days.

However, they kept emailing me to send them photos, forwarded the request to customer care, product development team and dragged their feet for 1.5 weeks! They didn't return my calls.

I simply want to return unused items- why i have to experience this for 1.5 weeks...?

I bought a couch from DWR website, it took six months to deliver and was damaged. It has taken another 6 months and they still haven't replaced the damaged part. They give me new dates that it is supposed to come but never follow up when those dates have passed without any resolution. I'm shocked - this is the most I've ever paid for a couch and one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.

Bought an expensive chair and I was told it would take 30-60 days the make. After a while I reached out to find out why it was taking so long. I received an email saying that it would now take 5-6 months to make. I asked to cancel the order because it was unreasonable and not what they told me at the store when I made the decision to buy. I was told that because it was a special order (even though it was still 4 months away from the chair being made) they wouldn’t give me my money back. Now they are playing games about corporate making these decisions and they have me waiting for someone from corporate to supposedly call me. Please be aware. Do not buy from DWR. It is classic bite and switch business practices. Completely unethical if not iligal.
