My interaction with Jade on customer services and Lyndsey Dyson was particularly good. I found both to be helpful, professional and friendly.
My questions were always answered promptly and positively.
The timings of the deliveries were arranged to suit us and I know that this took some organisation as we are a school with specific requirements.
Well done to all concerned!

We received our product and then received another two weeks later. The item was returned on the same delivery and sorted by the office.

Item took 2 months to arrive and we were not kept informed about its delay unless we continually chased.

There was a lack of communication when I ordered as it was near Christmas and I had to phone in January to find out where the carpet was. I was told that due to the holidays it had not left the depot, was not a problem but it would of been nice to have been informed.

The table is fantastic and easy to put together but the wait time was 3 months and barely any communication

Price was good but item arrived rather early (after 2 weeks not 4). The instructions I gave with the order to contact me at delivery time were not followed, so it was only by luck that someone was present to take delivery at our makerspace which is volunteer-run and not staffed during office hours.

Chased payment before the item arrived 4 months after ordering. Was told table had been delivered when I chased it up. Table arrived the week after I chased it.

Keep your customers up to date when items are going to be delayed and don't send invoices until you're sure the goods have been received

I called to enquire if the product was in stock, I placed the order and delivery was made within a matter of days. By comparison, another supplier had messed about for over a month before making a refund because they were unable to secure the stock.

We have units from this company and tge hinges were broken 2 years later. No quibbles...immediate new hjnges in the post.

I asked on ordering to be notified in advance of delivery as i needed to ensure someone would be available,( our church is only in use at certain times on various days) this did not happen and it was only by chance that i was in when they were delivered.

Very efficient was told 3 to 4 weeks for deliver and was delivered within 2 day. Only down side the packaging was filthy so had to unwrap it outside straight away.
