One of the best booking portals I have ever came across. They do not charge the convenience fee ,they have some coupon code to waive off that fees then they provide cheaper prices which is always liked by everyone.kudos to their work.keep coming with more cool stuff

I made my first ever travel bookings from this travel portal and I must admit that it was very easy to use as their name suggests. Also pocket friendly prices with great deals and discounts that keeps coming up. Glad to use this portal .will definitely book again

When I was making my flight bookings,by mistake the incorrect name was updated so I immediately contacted the escalations team to guide me.not only they helped me get this issue fixed with airlines also the staff was gentle and polite. Very happy

This site is doing some great work as they are growing their happy customer base day by day. They are customer friendly and immediately take action on any query. I myself have experienced that. I have been using their services for quite long now. Keep up the good work. Hope to get served

I've had one of the most amazing booking experience with EaseMyTrip. I found the lowest flight prices on this portal. I faced some issue while registering and asked for support from their social media team. I got contacted immediately and got the resolution as well. Not only this but they provided me some great deals and discounts for future bookings. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The first booking I made from Lucknow was canceled due to an "server communication error". They sent me an email stating just that and no additional steps or information...no big deal I rebooked it. Then I go to the airport and am told it is not confirmed nor in their system so I cannot proceed. I called emt from the airport and the first number was incorrectly listed. I ended up having to repay through the counter to continue. And everyone knows paying on site last minute costs a lot more. A very unpleasant experience. Emt refuses to acknowledge a refund. Do not use this company. Their PayPal promo also is a fraud you never get it.

Promised a refund and I never got it. They keep saying they are looking into it but not sure what needs to be looked at... all receipts and documentation were given. It is just a delay tactic. Youre better off booking elsewhere.

i think they are soo cheap they are not responsible for there work i posted one more review before 10 days i got one number i called him hee told with in 7 days i get my refund but still no reply’s from him i want my refund with 3days. or else i am giving complaint on ease my trip n this number 89293 54510 i am giving complaint pr else response my messages

Have been regretting booking this flight since day 1 with this scam website. Their representative TANVI just tried to charge me extravagant penalties for a flight which needs to be changed as the borders in INDIA are going to be sealed for all international flights due to COVID-19 outbreak. The airline website clearly states there are no penalties . This is such a low life website that in this situation as well they are trying to loot the customer. I will be contacting the MEdia, DGCA and appropriate authorities to make sure that they are kept in check , STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. WARNING GIVEN

They have a pathetic phone support, wait time is above 15 minutes and they are not able to answer a single query about International Travel. Government and Airlines are offering free cancellation and re-schedule but this Easemytrip sucks as they are not able to support humanity.

EaseMytrip take service charges and provide zero service.They blame their business partner but while service charge they stand in front.Even though there is issue like COVID-19 they make sure to pull money from your pocket as much as possible.

They are FRAUD , charged me 1400 extra for getting zero fee cancellation and now they are charging me full . Everytime I am contacting their customer care I am getting number busy and emails are getting automatic responses . They are liar and cheats , do not book anything from them.

Had I got an option to give them a zero I would have given that.. Worst customer service experience.firstly the call never gets connected and then you have to wait for a call back from the customer service inorder to get your ticket reschedule but they won't even do that. The lady was highly unprofessional over the call and didn't even understand the situation when I said I want to rescheduel the ticket she abruptly denied. When I asked her to transfer the call to her supervisor she disconnected the call and never called back. The entire team is highly unprofessional and should learn atleast basic business ethics.

20 min hanged on Call nobody picked the call, sending mail nobody responding. Better book ticket via makemytrip. Seems just a beginner set up platform no one is for support.

While we were making the booking the airlines was showing 1 pc of luggage included i.e.23 kg,but when we have paid and received the ticket it has not mentioned that the luggage has been included ,at the time of check in we have paid extra amount for it ,now we are chasing them for the revert but they are not replying ,all the time they are saying that you will get update by evening ...Pathetic services...they dont care after booking has been done and they got money in their hand ,its cleaarly their fault and they are saying that they will check with airline ...since 17 jan 2020 already i am chasing them for money,next time i will not do this thing as after ticketing we have paid extra at the airport
Really really bad ,i dont recomand it to anybody

Having a harrowing experience rescheduling my airasia flight from Chandigarh to Bangalore. Airasia does not allow changes to the flight directly as it was booked on easemytrip. They asked me to get easemytrip to call them and they would make the changes. I had to wait on the phone for half an hour last night and was told that the rescheduling department will call me back in half an hour. I did not receive any call. After spending another half an hour on the phone again this morning was told the same thing.

I had made a date change to the same booking earlier when the easemytrip executive from the call center called airasia and they allowed the change and I paid the difference. After telling easemytrip that the date change was done earlier by them they keep telling me that the rescheduling department will call me back.

I have been following on this from past 11 days, nobody resolves the issue properly or replies to mails consistently. As a customer, I don't like this service.I want to escalate this query.

I want ticket id : 3882741 to be resolved as soon as possible.


Hi Team,
There is lot of delay and confusion on this ticket id : 3882741
I would like to get in touch with Mr. Aman Kashyap who had replied me initially on this ticket and asked to get in touch with airline for cancellation (for the case I had). The cancellation and full refund was approved by the airline but its now stuck at Easemytrip end. 
I need a proper update here and only one person to talk to. I just now spoke with Miss Gurleen and she asked me to reply on this thread.

Also, my parents were suppose to return back on same booking with pnr  - QM4QTQ  , but now my mother is admitted in ICU (let me know what documents to submit) so she and my father won't be travelling back. I want to cancel this return trip on medical emergency ground.

Again, please read the discussions earlier and then reply, I am not expecting a generic mail for cancellation again.
