This part is getting harder to find,heating element for front load Whirlpool,I was going crazy trying to keep up with laundry hanging it outside to dry without a clothesline,they are frowned upon in my neighborhood,anyway due to the Co-vid19 issue,shipping took longer which was totally understandable.But we got it,hubby installed it that evening when he got home from his job,and VOILA' I'm good to go,thank you Easy Appliance Parts!

I ordered 2 door gaskets for a whirlpool refrigerator the CS rep.said there were two different parts so I trusted his judgement and placed the order. When the parts arrived both was incorrect so I reordered and received one correct part. I did my own research and finally received the other correct part.The CS said whirlpool provided incorrect info.In the end I finally got what I needed, but I had to wait for two refunds to be applied back to my credit card, all that was said and done EAP offered the best price.

With the model number of my washer, they told me exactly which pump to buy. It came in two days. It was packaged nicely so it wasn’t damaged, and it cost $20.00 less than a site that was recommended to me.
Even better, I put the part on myself and it works perfectly.

I ordered the wrong part returned it was charged $7+ dollars plus 12 shipping, then I spoke to a representative gave him thr model # and part # the part is black the dishwasher is white but the part works

I ordered my part Nov 8 and still have not received it yet. I called the number for help and never could get through. I tried your web site to no satisfaction. what would suggest I do now. This is the worst service I have ever had with a online business. I also noticed you show my purchase date as 11/24/20 which is also incorrect.

I expected this to be an easy one, and it lived up to my expectations. EAP had the new thermocouple I figured that I needed, and they packed it very nicely in a durable cardboard box. No instructions came with the new unit, but the installation was straight-forward and easy (perhaps aided by my own past experiences). But, feel free to use YouTube for help if you don't know how to do it!

I used the model numbe and part number to order a part for my LG Dryer. I received the wrong part and had to call and get the information to return that part and order another. I spoke with a very pleasant young lady who was very helpful in getting the right part sent out that same day.

I order 3 parts for my Jen Air refrigerator and 1 of the parts is not need and I liked to return. You call wait on hold..., then to hear will email you in 24 hours with instructions on how to return! Your invoice with my package has no company info or address. I understand need to notify you of my return but your process is not customer friendly for working people!
It’s 2019 come on why not send return info with shipment like every other company doing business! Your return policy is hassle!

I used the model number look up and even talked with someone via chat to order a replacement glass shelf and frame, with shipping almost $100, received the wrong size and was told to order another one and they would send me return slip and than refund me. After tons of emails and yet another $120 still wouldn’t refund me for the first shipment so I’m stuck with the first glass and shelf I can’t use. Very disappointed in there service!

I prefer to pay 70% more, versus amazon have to remove 3 plastic dots then fit because I read on amazon reviews need to do some changes, and don't want a have any issue on that if I do something or broken loose my money then prefer pay extra but no difference versus Amazon, then I see need one more for the other side and get it from Amazon and save money.dq

I had ordered a top door to my LG washer. I received the part before I expected. It was packaged with plenty of protective bubble wrap and was in perfect shape upon arrival. The price was competitive with other vendors. Thank you Easy Appliance Parts!

I purchased a part on Saturday the 9th in the morning, part in stock. Per their advertisement part ships same day as long as it is in stock. I paid the extra fee for 2 to 3 day shipping. On Wednesday called told them I have not received part. They told me the 2 to 3 days is not guaranty, I just finished call them again because it is Saturday and I still don't have my part. Told me it had something to do with FedEx. I call FedEx they said it went ground and not by air and I would not get it until Tuesday. Call Easy Appliance back again and explained to them that the part did not go by air it went by ground and wanted to know why. They said they don't have a contract with FedEx to go by ground just air. I said well something is wrong because this package went by ground and you need to figure it out so other customers don't get scammed. She just gave me a bunch of excuses and I hung up the phone. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to locate the part on a diagram, after entering the model number and make of appliance.
the part was delivered to my home and I replaced the part. Great service, easy to navigate website. I have made many other purchases in the past. I will be back when I need another part

Part never arrived so I called customer service after 5 days and was told part was mistakeingly canceled by their system. They brag about their service but I was never notified and would still be waiting had I not checked. My CC was charged.

We've used our stand mixer a lot over the years. The only "wear item" on it that seems to need replacement is this switch. This is the second one I have replaced. The replacement is quick and the mixer is now back in service. Buy with confidence.

I was trying to figure out what was wrong why my stove wasn't lighting and after texting with one of their service people I ordered the correct part and installed it 6 days later. It fixed my problem and they saved me a lot of guessing and heart ache!
