Previously there was a leak on the gutter
On inspection found that the gutter was not cleaned for the past 19 years
We were introduced to the Easy Fall Guttering System and we knew this product will solve the problems
We have since had rain and we can safely say that the system works really well.
We had friends over who commented that the guttering looks very nice and professional.
There was a new pergola installed enjoying the back space.
The roof is up higher and allows more light and breeze but will still have excellent cover from the rains.

The leaf guard that was installed by Easy Fall Guttering is easy to maintain. Previously, I had to clean the gutters every couple of months and now I am yet to clear the gutters as there has been no need and I had the leaf guard installed in June 2017!
Most of the leaves simply blow away due to it's clever design.
I am thrilled with the product and it is much better than what I had before!

I had huge problems with water coming in my kitchen as my old gutters couldn't cope with heavy rain fall. Easy Fall came and looked at the problem and came up with a solution that worked and solved all my problems.

Thank you Paul, I had a few quotes for my gutters to have conventional gutters installed, Paul turned up and showed me his amazing easy fall gutter system. As soon as I seen the design I was sold such a great system. Price was more expensive than conventional gutters but quality, looks and design don't come close in comparison. I installed the gutter myself and found it to be very easy to install, I have now put in a second order for my second story gutters which Paul has looked after me very well. Can't wait to install them and further improve my home.

The workers put in very long days to finish the work within a week. They also obligingly changed a very high light globe that had been bugging me for a long time :)

Forty year old guttering that was rusted and cracked every where which leaked every where as well. Now with easy fall guttering all those problems are solved. With the Colorbond finish, there is no need to paint again, including no further maintenance on the fascia boards.

May, June, July, August. Ordered, paid and no contact from anyone as to when it will be installed.. Gutters still lying by the side of the house. Luckily it has been a dry winter.

Prior to the Easy Fall System being installed, we had water coming into the dining room after heavy rain - this was very concerning, so we called Easy Fall Guttering and they ha e solved the problem!
Plus, we have a brand new carport and Gabled Roof entrance and it has really lifted the appearance!!
I would thoroughly recommend Easy Fall Guttering to anyone with overflow problems.

More than pleased with the work that has been done, everything went according to plan, from sale through to install and on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 10 and highly recommend them to anyone!

Charged us for the guttering, left in the drive way for months, various installers came after it was sold to us saying they couldn't install it, eventually installed it, now the downpipes leak and flood our basement. Repeated requests to fix it with no change. Note the installers have nothing to do with the sales team. Just caused a load of stress and more leaks than the old guttering.

I got my gutters put in last year and have nothing but trouble from the installation that should have taken 2 days took 10 down to the leaks. numerous calls and threats of fair trading and still nothing. so fair trading it is! there were 10 men on site at one time to do a small one story house so feel it was a TAFE project. Disgusting and the condescending owners hard sell at the start should have warned me! EASYFAIL more like!

Easy fall replaced our old gutters that were rotten with new gutters, with a superior fall system that allows water to drain very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the product. It all looks neat and even covers the fascia. Highly recommend Easy Fall Guttering.

The product could have been absolutely brilliant, but the absolute arrogance of the salesman who attended to give us a quote had us know within a minute that there was no way in hell we would give this company a cent regardless of if the product had any merit. Such a shame, had he learnt to actually act like a basic descent human, he might have had an easy sale.

Around the 2nd February 2019- we obtained a quote from EasyFall to install a new simple & straight forward gutter to the side of a rental property and their proprietary " Mini Easy Fall quad" to a pergola at the back of the property.
6th February we paid a deposit, then nothing...
We complained and were told we had been misquoted, then we got the owner out to re-quote, as the first guy got it all wrong apparently.
We accepted the revised quote, even though it was much higher.
Sometime in March they installed the simple straight forward gutter to the side of the house, looks good, works great, account paid for that part along with a part payment for their proprietary product.
Not long this the parts for their proprietary product were delivered and dumped in the back garden.
Since then we have called and been told they are waiting for parts.
20th May 2019 and the parts of the " Mini Easy Fall quad" are still sitting in the back yard.
So I called and spoke to the main office in Windsor. told them that we either want our money back and the product removed, or we want it installed within the week. The lady I spoke to knew about our job and I was told that they thought this was all done. She will now have the owner call us to sort it out.
Watch this space, but i am so unimpressed they will find it hard to come back from here.

I have two storey water transferring to six metres of gutter & I needed something very efficient in getting rid of all the water. The Easy Fall system takes care of everything. Leaves & other debris are kept out and the clever design allows water to drain very quickly leaving no chance of overflow.
Very happy with this product!

Easy fall failed to supply the appropriate material for the installer to do the job. Installer put in what was there. Now I'm left chasing easy fall to fix it. They are extremely difficult to deal with. Poor communication. I would never recommend them to anyone...

Thirty year old guttering has been replaced with the Easy Fall System & it makes the place look much younger than what it really is. The appearance alone has added more value to the house. We are very pleased with the outcome.

I had a new garage roof put in, plus the leaf guard and some new gutters. Everything was done very professionally, and the results are outstanding. Very happy! Would recommend you.

Our previous gutters used to overflow and there were also leaks - and these gutters were only two to three years old. We would always encounter overflow in the worst areas of high traffic flow, including right at the back sliding door to an entertaining area - this annoyed us no end.

We have just had the Easy Fall guttering system installed and we are very happy to see the end of all leaks, overflow and it also looks great on our home! We have had all the major areas done on our house and will one day finish off the rest of the home in this wonderful product!

We purchased Easy Fall (fail) guttering 3 years ago and we have had nothing but problems with it. Firstly, the communication was dreadful, installation delayed, product installed and did not work properly. Water was running in between the fascia and guttering and acting like a waterfall. Numerous times we complained, eventually someone came out to "fix" it, with no avail. Finally, the owner [name removed] came out and said that the wrong guttering was applied for our type of roof, he then "upgraded" the guttering to his deluxe system, this also failed and water just streams straight from the roof like a waterfall. Once again they were impossible to contact and no one followed up with the problem. We have now had to completely replace our guttering for a simple Colourbond guttering.
Easy Fall/fail guttering was a waste of money, time....buyer be where!!!!
