I'm so pleased that I came across eazycolours, Maria is fantastic and is so helpful,either via email Facebook group of phone, no question is silly to her. The colours and fragrances are brilliant, you only need the tiniest amount of colour so it lasts ages. The assessments are brilliant value for money. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

3 out of 4 fragrance oils I ordered expire in late 2019. That's 4–5 months from the order date. I expected at least 1 year expiry considering the shelf life is 2 years. The owner clearly sees nothing wrong with that: "There are still a few months left." (...) "it is impossible to expect any company to give you something that is at the beginning of its shelf life." They blocked me from writing reviews on Facebook, so here I am. Seems they take preemptive steps to block unhappy customers from voicing their opinions.

If I was in any way rude in my contact with you, then you're an easily offended person who take bad reviews personally rather than being professional and realising it's because of the way you run your business. I have not used crude language, my private messages to you were justified, and yet your course of action was to block me. Stop taking it personally.

2. update: The business keeps adding to and editing their reply to my review. They have also reported me for "slandering their business for no reason and to get a refund and keep goods."

1. I was decent enough to contact you in private to voice my concerns. At the very least I expected you to acknowledge your lack of information in regard to product expiry dates. I suggested you could have notified the customer before purchase or marked down the product to reflect the limited shelf life.

2. In no way did I request or suggest a refund. I shared my disappointment with your products and wanted you to acknowledge that and do better, as I suggested in the above.

3. I will keep posting and updating here and wherever when you continuously make false accusations about me.

4. To answer to your cheap shot at me; Yes, I like to set the alarm and sit down once every few years to attack businesses, like yours, for no reason at all here on Trustpilot.

I've been using Eazycolours in my bath bombs for almost a year now, and I rarely need to top up - a little really goes a long way. Maria was very helpful throughout, and I was also supported by the Eazycolours community on the FB group. Delivery is always quick, which is great because I get real impatient when it's time to try new colours and scents. It's an awesome brand and I'd definitely recommend Eazycolours to fellow makers.
