Got scammed by a seller who sold me a fake designer item. Paid £800+ for worthless rubbish. eBay was so unhelpful and gave conflicting advice. This dragged out the process, caused unnecessary stress and confusion. I'm still fighting for my refund until today. But the seller is allowed to continue defrauding buyers. After this experience, I will NEVER buy anything from eBay again. AVOID seller ewelcia89891 - she will STEAL your money!

I will never ever use ebay again. I have enjoyed purchasing a few things on ebay, but recently I bought two antique chairs. Tried to return them. The seller argued with me. I felt like if I didn't like them there was no issue - just send me back the money. The pictures which were SOOOOO much better than the actual product were truly a disgrace. I am done with ebay. If it seems too good to be true, it more than likely is!!!

Sold a new/sealed game to a individual. Buyer says I sent a used game with a damaged case. Ebay rules in favor of buyer. I pay ship costs both ways plus seller dues. Then receive a devalued item. Basically trading someone a new copy for used plus paying them to do so. Sold the game for $20. Now just spent $10 in fees and get a damaged used game in return. Great way to push out individual sellers just selling unused items for more return then GameStop. What a joke. No where else can you open a new game and be able to return it for a full refund. Was told they would take care of it right after the claim started. EBAY changed their minds. Now all the costs etc fall on me.

Ebay will always side with a power user like Immospec, just because they have 1,500 listings. They need to protect their $$$. Ebay even deleted my negative feedback and denied me a refund for service I never received. Don't pay with paypal, use your credit card online so you can dispute charges. Ebay is very bias towards buyers, they won't refund you at all cost.

I tried to resolve an issue of not getting the merchandise but due to slow response for the seller and eBay, I could not claim the loss from UPS. They delivered to a wrong place and apparently wrong item since there a significant weight difference. However, eBay just close the case indicating that there is a tracking number... tracking number to a different city...

eBay is the worst place to buy anything. They do not have any protection against the fraud or scam. Never recommended to any one! If you do want to trap in any scam then please use the other websites to buy product online. Also the customer support is the worst. They will always try to convince you that its all your (buyer's) fault and they can not do anything against that. Scammers!

Tried to order something from a company called four.nines.fine. Got a shipping notice and then no product. I emailed them, they responded but still no product. I emailed two more times, no response. When I gave them a bad review I got my money back....imagine that. This was my first and last experience with eBay. Just buy from Amazon, they have a fool proof system and you don't get snotty emails from the vendors.

Purchased an 4S i-phone from them on EBAY and paid top dollar. The item was described as a 9/10 and in mint condition. The phone looked nice, however the microphone at the charging port was bad. I had this repaired on my dime. I contacted seller to ask for my $54.11 in repairs to be refunded. Nothing to date and I really don't expect they ever will refund this. As for EBAY, can't leave negative feedback for a power seller for 7 days. This is slanted toward the seller. A bad deal is bad deal no matter where it was purchased.

Can give 0 if there is such an option. Their customer service is so terrible, the worst in the U.S. I have never experienced any other online seller website. I never receive the item, but they don't offer a refund, even though they have a money-back policy. They don't protect their customers at all. How dare they charge their customers if the package was never received. This is the first try for eBay and will never ever buy anything from them. Trash.

I purchased a sell phone, it didn't work. It would randomly power off all the time. I returned and they are charging me 30+ dollars for a scratch on the camera. I had it out of the box for no more than thirty minutes. They obviously do this to customers to make money even when they send out phones that don't work. I wonder how many times they have done this with the same phone? TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!

I am a seller on eBay for a while now, and recently I receive a return request although I stated I don't receive return. I reached out to the customer service s, but they side the buyer only . They ask me to accept the return request which I have to pay for the return shipping and full refund include the original shipping. This is ridiculous I wish I known this earlier

Purchased refurbished Note2 from CellularStream to replace my previous one that lasted 4 years until I broke it. I should have paid closer attention to the 30 day (from purchase) warranty because the phone lasted 66 days from activation, started spontaneously restarting, factory reset itself twice, then died. I've spent hours trying to reload the ROM but it appears to have internal electronic problems. I contacted CellularStream to get an exception to their warranty and I was denied. $125 gone forever.

Ebay customer service is nonexistent. Several calls to fix issues and they tell me to go to the seller. Ebay has the wrong information in the system trying to charge me return shipping when the seller acknowledges they sent the wrong item and Ebay should not charge for a return shipping label. Several calls with customer service (Over Seas) and no help. Corporate does not provide any upper-level assistance and apparently no oversight. I will be moving my business away from Ebay.

I have 1500 feedback. They will side with the buyer on everything. If a buyer wants a return, the automated appeals gives it to him. You have no say in the matter except to refund. The call center staff is horrible, and usually does not solve your issue. I have gotten 3 answers to the same question. All they appear to want to do is punish their sellers, unless you are one of their chinese whales. Costs are prohibitive to sell. There is no appeals on customers leaving negative feedback. Do yourself a favor and sell on another site.

I ordered a phone from these guys through Ebay and was sent a phone that could not be activated. After wrangling with them for a week over the phone long distance, they finally admitted that they do not have any of the model that I paid for and tried to sell me a much more expensive phone. I was only able to get a full refund after the intervention of Ebay customer support. They seem to be engaging in some questionable practices and have awful customer service skills. I would avoid these guys like the plague!

Hi everyone, Just my experience hope yours is different. I had started a seller account. I was doing ok; so I though for only having it for 2 weeks. 1)Then they suspended my account for no reason? 2) refunded people who had already been shipped items that cost me about $2500 dollars 3) The people are getting the refunds and the items to! 4) I am not getting reimbursed for this! 5) Now thier charging me for 200 free listings that they gave me in promo 6) I am locked out of my account with no way to add tracking numbers for things so I am certain they will end up refunding them as well 7) Sucks but I am going to have to put a lien on these buyers & eBay properties if payment or merchandise is not returned 8) Ebay really did the wrong thing here. I was doing nothing but honest business and they really dropped the ball on this here. 9) Ebay does not answer my emails and no one is answering calls. 10) We do not want to but we may have to seek legal action whereever We can. 11) LOL..... Ebay just ripped us off like a thief and without hesitation or accountability on their end. This is crazy! LOL If anyone has an input about this let me know? I am going to eat about $3,000.00 dollars because of them. Not the end of the world because I have money but it is the whole principal of their actions. And they need to be held accountable. Anyway,(Document Everything) (Everything) Something I learned a long time ago in business Ebay is not your friend believe me. Thanks for reading. Beware they can do what they want when they want without any accountability or even reason. I was not violating Ebay terms in any way. My advise is to keep a spread sheet with all info as we did. I made 2 orders March 30 and was supposed to be delivered by April 6 needless to say it's April 13 and no items. I emailed the seller Tashion172 and the seller stated it should arrive soon be patient and asked that I close the case because it will make they store look bad and has responded to nothing else. I escalate the problem to eBay for them to tell me I have to wait until April 21 before they will step in. I can't call anyone and customer service doesn't respond and now they just have my money tied up and there is nothing I can do about it. This was my first and last time buying from eBay I should not have to wait this long for my package the seller was misleading with the dates it will arrive. I could have ordered from amazon and know I would have gotten my package by now. I only did eBay due to shipment time EBay sucks and I'll make sure ever I let everyone know DO NOT SHOP EBAY and I better have my money soon I no longer want the items if could give both the seller and eBay a 0 I would but unfortunately that's not an option

eBay item number:352178703568 was purchased by me as "NEW AND NEVER USED" cell phone however that is simply not accurate for a number of reasons.. Seller sticker inside the phone box states "tested, ready for REUSE", Sim card removal tool is MIA, protective plastic coating is MIA on phone, no seal on the box, not original box, no headphones, etc..... so this was a USED PHONE...NOT "NEW NEVER USED" AS this seller DESCRIBE IN THE EBAY LISTING. Do not do business with cellularstream or Unified Solutions Corp who is a known cell phone refurbish service provider, not a retailer of NEW cell phones. BEWARE!!!
