My item never arrived and I'm currently out of $319.00 from the transaction that took place with this seller. Upon contacting the seller they took the maximum allowable time to respond which delayed the start of the fedex investigation. When the did respond they essentially told me the problem is between FedEx and myself.
Though the seller knew there was an ongoing FedEx investigation they requested that eBay close the matter in their favor. This is problematic due to the fact that if the parcel has been misplaced at the FedEx location it may ultimately get returned to the seller. In which case the seller would have my money and my solar panels.

Look a bit harder; there are much better sellers out there!!!

I ordered 2 batteries for my weedeater from ecomElectronics and they arrived quickly and charged, ready to go. They were the correct ones for my tool and were easily installed. All of my communications with ecomElectronics were answered quickly and politely. I've dealt with many companies and ecom is one of the best and they really go the extra mile for their customers! I highly recommend them to everyone and for my future needs ecomElectronics will be my first choice. Customer service is A+. Extremely satisfied customer!

I was very very happy with my buy from ecomElectronics after I had a battery go bad, I had no problem in getting a replacement and no runaround or hoops to jump through just good old fashion service Thank You ecomElectronics .

These folks are the best seller's I've encountered to date, and I'l 69 years old. I bought a bad battery from them via ebay, they worked overtime to get me a replacement asap, SUPER courteous and responsive...professional plus all the way! I ordered 2 solar Panels one came broken contacted seller on ebay and they promptly sent another in two days time by Fedex. I couldn't have asked for more. I would rate them up their with Amazon. Superb Support

I have made repeated battery purchases from ecomElectronics. I want to share how pleased I am with their customer service. I contacted them about a delay I experienced in them shipping my last order. I told them I was surprised at the delay, since all my prior orders had shipped immediately. Instead of giving me excuses or retreating to hide behind the fact that my order had still arrived within the promised delivery window, they took full ownership of the mistake and offered me a discount on my next order. Their response was timely and their attitude was professional and showed me they genuinely care about my satisfaction. I look forward to placing future orders with them. bought 80w mightymax solar panel 4 months ago.within 2 months panel starting getting some spots on it underneath glass.noticed amps were steadly decreasing.sent several emails before someone contacted me.she told me spots were normal and should have no effect on panel.i told her amps were steadly decreasing and got same answer.the panel in full sunlight is putting out less than 2 amps.should be 4amps or better.1 year warranty useless.i just started installing solar systems on boats and this company will not get my business.just ordered $2000 in panels from competitor online

ecom Electronics has become my vendor of choice for UPS battery replacements. I have ordered a number of batteries from them over the past year and have been very satisfied with the quality, delivery and their responsive customer service. The one time I have had an issue with a battery that did not match the UPS model, ecom answered my request for support quickly offering options and when it was determined that they did not have a match for that UPS, then quickly refunded the entire cost. Very responsive, genuinely tried to help and quick to resolve. Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a order of batteries from them . Two of the batteries had some defects and slight damage from poor packaging. I notified their customer service and they offered a resolution by sending two replacement batteries and no return of the two batteries with slight defects. They said they would inspect the replacement batteries and make sure the batteries were properly packaged prior to shipping with no charge to me. They were prompt in replying to me and addressing my concerns. The other batteries I received are performing well so far and I am very satisfied with their product.

I'm not usually one to easily give five stars in a review. However in this case it's an obvious choice: Ecom offers stellar customer service.

I ordered two wheelchair batteries, which were promptly delivered. They arrived well packaged. However one of these 15+ pounds items probably had been dropped somewhere on its way to me and apparently had landed on a corner, it had a terminal bent beyond repair. When I requested help (adding some photos of the damaged terminal), Ecom responded immediately and very nicely. I was asked to try bending the terminal back into shape, but the terminal broke. Ecom arranged for a replacement free of cost. Outstanding handling of the case! I will definitely return as customer.

I ordered a replacement battery for my UPS. It arrived much faster than promised! Unfortunately, the terminals were slightly different from the one being replaced. I contacted the merchant, who immediately (no exaggeration) took care of the issue--and even gave me a credit for my troubles. Fast, fast responses to emails. I had never heard of this company before this order, but I told them many other companies could take a lesson from them on customer service.

Wasn't expecting a lot, from what I purchased, especially for the low price I paid, and no shipping fees - but I'm pleasantly surprised, Especially for it's size - the WiFi adaptor I ordered actually works... Didn't expect it would arrive very quickly either, and began to believe the impending weekend would push deliver into the middle or end of next week - but, low and behold, it arrived a few days later (on the following Monday - 6/17/13)... I'm very pleased... What else can I say???

Brand New battery, bought it for my jumper starter box. Charged it up and works like a champ. Shipping was fast, emails were answered quickly. Next time I need a battery, no need to search around -- going straight to them.

Accidentally ordered the wrong battery and requested a cancelation or refund They expedited the cancelation and sent me the correct battery. Like companies that can handle issues without all the hype.

I would have guven a zero star if it was available.
We ordered an item off of walmart.com on May 30, 2018. The seller and shipper was supposed to be Ecom Electronics. They were contacted on June 14th,2018 about the location of the item. Ecom Electronics stated that it was returned by UPS on June 13th to Ecom Electronics due to invalid address. We contacted UPS and they stated and it showed that a label was created by Ecom Electronics on May 31,2018 but the item was never received by UPS. How could a package that was never sent by Ecom Electronics be returned by UPS?

The item I purchased from this company works better than expected, (24 volt 5 amp battery charger). The charger is made for battery charging for mobile scooters, but I am using it as a back up battery charger in a 24 volt solar system. The price was also good as I compared it to other charger prices. when needed I will purchase from this company again.
