Pathetic service. No proper response. Been 75 days since my friend had sent me a courier from Australia, not only that I haven’t received it , these people have no clue about its whereabouts.
They even lied to me many times saying that my package has been cleared by customs for delivery but on further enquiry i came to know that it is still with customs. Very poor service, I wont recommended this company to anyone.

Extremely helpful staff specially mohammed fouzan at the backend.never seen a service like this in india which cheaper & faster than normal courier. good going guys keep up the good work.got my docs delivered to canada in just 3 days for ₹1300 cheaper than local courier companies.

An Amazing Courier Service and my business has got high orders due to timely delivery services.Priyanka & Kalpesh are two pillars of ecourierz and will surely take this co to next level.

few improvment areas will be if we get more proactive issue to get sorted or if delivery turn around time can be done in 48hrs .Few more co tie up can be added like Bluedart and looking for International Pincode which will surely a successful model

Associated with eCourierz from one and half yrs for shipping jewelry and has been satisfied with their service and support. They have imports and exports services as well. Worth a try.

We at Amfez.com supply God dresses to Indian customers and International Indian customers . I have sent parcels to USA, Australia, Kenya and other countries through eCourierz.com and they have done it very nicely . I recommend ecourierz for International parcels.

I came across eCourierz online when I was searching for a company providing India to Uk door to door delivery solutions. Everyone had given them a good review and so I went ahead and decided to send my household items through them. The whole process was extremely smooth right from the beginning. I had 4 cartons to be sent. Except for a slight and unexpected delay with one, the whole delivery mechanism was hassle free. DHL was used as the partner company and my stuff reached UK within 4 days time which was excellent.
Considering their good customer care service (Mr. Krishna was very good) and prompt delivery mechanism, I would recommend them to anyone planning to send goods to the UK. But do keep in mind, packaging and measuring the dimensions of the boxes and weighing them is our job. Rest everything is taken care of by them. I hope that in future, they will be able to provide goods packing services too.

Recently sent a courier to Canada. I must say I have never had a better experience in using a courier service. I was informed via WhatsApp at every stage. My key contact was Fouzan. I have no words to describe how Fouzan made it look so effortless. I would totally recommend Ecourierz. They are extremely competitive with their quotes & will help you in every which way. Their service model really impressed me. All in all, it’s great service at a competitive price & you can count on this team to go the extra mile & navigate all bottlenecks to make it as simple as it can be. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been using Ecourierz for almost a year now. They are undoubtedly one of the best logistic service providers for sending couriers in and out of India. They have partnered with almost all major courier companies in India thus giving me a wide variety of delivery options to choose from, at unbeatable prices. I am specifically impressed with the professionalism of their support team. After booking online, if there are special concerns for certain bookings, their customer support team goes extra mile and accommodates all my requests. They have resolved every issue I have highlighted at the earliest. Their senior management is extremely proactive and get personally involved to make things move. This courier company from Bangalore running by 3 directors who has employee like Fouzan and Mayana and many more full of fraud. they take all the money in advance to deliver the shipment and assured you for everything but once you credit the amount to them they give a damn to you and just use 3rd party courier to pick up the shipment and then asking you to follow up. They are the worst courier company i have every seen. Its just a scam going on here so my message to everyone to not use this company and stay away, because you will loose the money and shipment as well. i have registered a legal case against this them on consumer court and Sec 420 as well.

Excellent service and prompt communication right from pick up in Varanasi to delivery in Australia. The parcel was delivered within the timeframe provided while booking in. Very much recommended !

I came across ecourierz while searching Google for I was unable to go out and courier a return parcel in India . At that time
Rajnish from ecourierz helped me a lot to deliver it as the address was not matching properly and mobile no was not there. I think mobile number is a must in all courier services. Anyway great pains were taken and finally delivered. Next time I wanted to send some parcel to Australia and I called up Rajnish and it was done smoothly and within 4 days. Only packing, mesurement and taking out the print had to be done by me. I have a suggestion that if the printed labels are provided then it will be helpful, for everyone doesn't have a printer at home. Otherwise I think sitting at home comfortable you can parcel anything anywhere. I love the service and suggesting that everyone can experience this.
