The order arrived timely and in great condition, the driver was so nice he used the pallet jack to deliver my order right to my front stoop, talk about great service. My flooring was safely bundled all on its own and securely wrapped to prevent any nicks or scratches during transit. Fantastic overall, would highly recommend and am looking forward to using this company again when I need flooring for the rest of my house.

Purchased 2 transition pieces and 1 nose end laminate on dec 1. Got email stating item in high demand. Received well packed items on dec 16. However none of the pieces were correct. The stair nose was way off but the transition pieces looked like the product until you typed in the isbn number. The transition pieces were not the amber walnut but a autumn rose which is very similar. I fear they were tying to pull one over my head. Replied back that day concerning wrong product. Informed product would be shipped in 3-4 days. Called 4 d after and they said dec 29. Email later that day said dec 22. Called dec 29 about pieces Rachel said they will be shipped tomorrow and I should get them on the 30th. Called on the 30th and they said product arrived today (they said they were in yesterday at 1 pm). They gave a shipping ups number which said product arriving Jan 5. On dec 19 I asked if product would arrive by dec 31 to allow product to acclimate 2-3d for install. They verbally and wrote in email they would have no problem with the deadline. Now I have to pay extra to have installers return. To me this was very deceptive and dishonest. Would not recommend anyone using this unless they have 3 months to fool around with efloors to get your product. I eagerly await if they send me the correct flooring.

I ordered $6000 of hardwood flooring from EFloors.com. The specification for the wood that I ordered said that the boards would be "Dimensions: 4 3/4" Wide x Random Lengths to 82".

Of the 57 cartons that were delivered not one contained a board even close to 82 inches. The longest was about 60 inches. I asked that I be allowed to return the material since they did not deliver what I ordered. The company said they would refund my purchase if I paid shipping charges of about $1200. Their return policy says they would cover the shipping charges if they made a mistake. They deny that they made a mistake basically saying that even though they advertise the product to be "lengths to 82" does not mean that they will actually send boards of such lengths. Definitely false advertisement.. This company seems to be unethical and dishonest. My credit card company agreed that what happened was wrong but said since the company agreed to accept a return they would not pursue a case against them. Very disappointed with EFloors and the credit card company . I wonder how many other customers where ripped off in a similar fashion.

I ordered a floor from efloors on Sept 22nd and it was advertised as in in stock item that would ship next business day. However a day after ordering I received a message stating that "The product you have selected is currently in high demand and will not ship within the specified time frame." So I called and asked when it would ship and was informed it would ship by Friday the 26th of September. When I did not received notice of shipment I called on September 29th and was told the item would not even be in stock until October 1st and it would "probably" ship then. Which would put arrival AFTER my flooring guy is booked to install it. (I did build in some buffer room, but when an item says it will ship next business day you don't expect it to ship two weeks later) I also got no actual apology and no offer of recompense or to expidite shipping for their faulty advertising which by the way still says the product will ship next business day on their website. I would not recommend efloors to anyone.

Edit: It is October 2nd. I called efloors and they said they had received the item but can make no comment on when it will ship or give me an estimate of when it will arrive at my house. efloors commented on this review that my item has shipped but I have not received a shipment notice, meaning they are trying to look good for you (readers of this review), but not actually holding up to that.

I ordered 300 sq. ft of Armstrong flooring, stair nose, and reducers. I was told all items were in stock and to expect delivery in about ~2 weeks. A week after placing the order, I received an email that the reducers were on back order. I called their customer service number and the woman assured me that the flooring and stair nose would still ship on time and that the backordered reducers would not delay the shipment. Another week went by and still no tracking number from Efloors. I've been calling every day this week to get a status on my order and nobody seems to have any access to any information regarding my order. I've finally heard back from Efloors with a tracking number, so hopefully my order is finally on its way.

Still waiting on 2 of the three samples to deliver. It's excellent that they provide free samples, but communication is a little lacking. Invoice on first delivery said all three would be included - had to call efloors and they informed me that the others would be delivered later. Have not received any emails since my purchase regarding the delivery estimate on them as of yet.

I ordered 2 hardwood floor samples on approximately 4/8/13. After a week I phoned e floors to ask the status. They told me the order was sent a couple of days before and should arrive shortly. After almost 2 weeks I phoned to let them know I hadn't received the order. I was told by a support staff that she would look into it and phone me back that day. I never received a phone call. Today, 4/26/13, I called the manufacturer to see if they could be of assistance. They do not send samples to customers onI ordered 2 hardwood floor samples on approximately 4/8/13. This other company(I will not mention name because my intent here is not to advertise for them) sent a full length board for free. E floors sent 2 small sample pieces and charged $6.00 for shipping.

Update as of 7/31 - the damaged flooring was replaced and a refund for quarter round that was originally purchased (on 5/8) then immediately cancelled (on 5/8) was just refunded via check. I never recouped the cost of shipping the damaged flooring to efloors ($68), but it wasn't worth fighting them for. The second round of flooring came with one box of damaged flooring, according to my contractor, but he just worked around it. He also felt that was an Armstrong issue, not an efloors issue, since the damaged flooring in THREE separate shipments, by three different shipping carriers (kind of - UPS, UPS Freight and Estes) involved a dented left hand corner. Overall, although it took some time to get these issues resolved, once we started the ball rolling on a resolution, it worked out in a reasonable time frame.

Same issue as many other complaint majority of flooring is damaged. Called Armstrong they say contact seller contacted efloors sent pictures, ups examples of damaged flooring still no response PAID approximately $1300.00 for damaged merchandise and now cannot move in without floor not being installed. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Look at the all the reviews regarding damaged flooring received, and efloors response is "that's false". Really? How could so many customers in different states have the same complaints and all are false? What a scam!!!!!
in response to your comments, the order # is listed, since you made contact via email directly with us it must be correct. In addition you received photos in May were emailed directly to you multiple times and most recently physical samples packaged and received by efloors on 6/23 via UPS at a cost to me of $68.00. I would greatly appreciate your help since I've paid for the flooring over a month ago and only received damaged flooring and therefore cannot move into my condo that I closed on 4/22.

Told the product was in stock when I ordered on 10/20/2014 and that I would receive it in 3 to 5 days. Did not get emailed shipping tracking number, so I checked on order 10/23/2014. First call I was told they would check with purchasing, then call was dropped. Second call back I was told they were waiting on the "T" molding to ship out. I requested and they told me they would ship out without the "T" molding today. Did not get shipping tracking number so called back to check on order. Was told they did not have the flooring and that they would receive it Tuesday, 10/28/14 for shipping to me. I will update after checking back.

Flooring was shipped the next day. Packaged nicely and delivered with no damage. They may have been late, but for the price it was worth the wait. Would have been happier if I was told that it was not in stock up front. Would definately use Efloors again.

We ordered our floor January 2. It was supposed to come in 5 to 7 business days, it's been 18 days no floor. I have called 3 times. Each time they tell me it shipped that same day and promise me they will send a confirmation number within an hour and it never comes. I call back and then they say "no it didn't ship then, but it shipped today" -and then repeat that every couple of days. I got on here to make sure they are a real company and not a scam. I am very patient and don't mind waiting. If there is a problem then I understand. I however feel like repeatedly telling me that it has shipped when it hasn't and having to change our installation plans repeatedly is not a decent thing to do. Still hopeful that at some point I get my floors. I am going to write a review on a different site every day until I get an actual tracking number. The girls I spoke with were very friendly. I have ordered everything I buy from Amazon and everything else from online. This is my first ever review.

Ordered on a Sunday had the flooring by Thursday afternoon. I expected the delivery time to be weeks not days. Was very happy with the free shipping and the condition of the flooring when it arrived.

I ordered three free samples of flooring from Efloors, but paid for shipping. When the packet arrived, there was only one sample. No where on the web site did it state you would only get one sample. I would not have paid shipping for one sample. I feel like I was duped. I also think that the personel at Efloors are either dishonest or incompetent. Which ever the case maybe, I will not be doing business with them.

Purchased 380 square feet of laminate and it was at my door in a week. I found a style I liked at a hardware chain and found it on efloors for $2 a square foot cheaper!. All packages were in perfect shape when they arrived. I will definately recomend and shop there again.

The first shipment was great but...

I had to order more tiles because I thought the calculator added in the 10% but came up short. Then I ordered two cartons and also a sample assuming it would be a full size tile since it cost an additional $5 shipping charge. It is a very small unusable sample that came along with the cartons. NO REAL SHIPPING COST TO EFLOORS!

Ordered transition pieces on 10/26. Got an email saying they are back-ordered, after I already payed. I called customer service and was told I will receive a call the next Monday to finalize a shipping date. Still waiting for that call. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that I may not have my product for weeks or even months later so I could have selected a different company to purchase from. I was misled into thinking it would be 5-7 business days.
