I was happy with my purchase. I'm an interior decorator and got a dining set for my client. She loves it. I had ordered it to be shipped to my clients house and for some reason the driver came to my house but the manager quickly solved the problem and they immediately delivered it to my client without a problem. That's good customer service!

I have been looking for a product like this one for a while. The web site is easy to navigate. The furniture shipped in 7 days and got to my house in 3 days after that. The table and chairs were of a quality that exceeded my expectations. One of the chair cushions had two cuts in the leather but the company immediately agreed to replace it with no argument. I am pleased with the product and the service.

worst chairs ever bought. uncomfortable. it says some assembly needed, well if that is some assembly, I don't know. The caster don't work, they keep falling out. one of the pieces, the one that slides down to the foot attachment brakes really easy. in other words, I would not recommend these chairs to my worst enemy. the colors don't match what you see online.

Ordering online can always be scary, the furniture I purchased was perfect! Very easy process, quick shipping and delivery. It would have been nice if the shipping/delivery company would have helped me get all of the boxes up the three stairs and into my house instead of leaving a very large pallet in my driveway. Other that, a very good overall experience!

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I decided to go with this company because of their online presence. They were highly reviewed and there was enough info to persuade me that they were a legit company. Spending this kind of money online is always raises concerns about the legitimacy of who you are about to do business with. These folks were fantastic. A few days after we ordered the dining room set they lowered their online price. One phone call was all it took and they refunded us the difference. That is what I call great customer service. The item was shipped in a timely manner and we were always fully aware of the shipping status. My second biggest concern when shopping online was damage while shipping. The item arrived on a pallet and when the driver rolled the pallet out of the truck our inspection revealed absolutely no outer damage to any of the boxes. The packaging job for shipping was a sight to behold as they did a great job and nothing was even slightly damaged when looking from the outside. The driver delivered the pallet from the truck to the front of our garage which is where we unpackaged the dining room set. We both anxiously opened each box expecting something to be damaged but to our surprise not one item had any damage to it whatsoever! We then moved to assembly expecting something to be missing or not fit correctly. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The set went together like a fine Swiss watch. I was amazed. Everything was there and it fit just as it was supposed to. This is one of the easiest assembly jobs I have ever done. And to top it all off the dining room set looks wonderful in our dining room! I could not be happier about this buy. eFurniture is a class act and I would buy from them again in a skinny minute! I will highly recommend them to all my friends who may be looking for an online purchase. Kudos to both eFurniture and the shipping company!

This beautiful Penbrooke wooden bed arrived so well packed that there was no damage. We were very pleased to see the beauty and quality of the wood and the details on all the pieces. Very easy to put together also. Love this bed!

So far a I am very happy with the product, delivery and customer service. I have only had my piece of furniture for a few days so can't comment yet on quality except that it seems well made but will have to see how it does with more use.

A great selection and awesome price, The table had minor damage to the underside when unpacked. It has been reported and hopefully will be resolved. The finish is not as pictured on the photos at all. It is much duller and the intricate carvings much rougher than they looked to be. It is still beautiful in its own way. but not at all what it appeared to be. I shall keep it, although somewhat disappointed that it is not what I wanted and thought I had ordered.

At first I was skeptical since I never heard of the site, but I gave it a chance and didn't regret it what so ever. The furniture came quickly and it's structure was strong and beautiful. I would definitely order from efueniture again!

Good experience, with the website, and delivery scheduling. The lack of engagement or willingness to help at all by the delivery person was disappointing. He literally stood with his arms crossed as I cut through all the packing material to get the furniture off the skid. He even let the table box fall over, even though he was at arm length when it happened. Thankfully no damage..but a disappointing experience with the delivery person.

Fantastic dining set! I love the table's distressed light oak finish with the stainnless steel trim. The set was easy to assemble & is very sturdy. The chairs are also very comfortable. Very Pleased!

We love this cottage style bunk bed. It is very sturdy! It took about 2 hours to put together. The finish is really nice. We also ordered the under bed storage drawers for keeping the kids' toys out of the way. Highly recommended!
