Worst experience EVER , ordered a desk , was stated to be shipped on 21 on their website, i call them the 24 . then the guy said that they asked the shipping company to go to pickup the desk to the supplier but apparently the shipping company changed so that s the reason and they will call me back , which they NEVER so i called again , and on the website it changed to 26-27 for delivery .. so i called again and again .. find the same guy on the phone . saying ok let me check i ll call you back .... he didn't .. at the end i received a phonecall at 10pm from the Shipping company on 27 night , saying he will come on 28th morning . SO 28th morning it is , desk coming , i payed extra for installation , Well so you got 2 guys arriving with the " hey DUDE " and taking the car key to open the boxes ! breaking the boxes to open them , put all the plastic all around the flat , well AWFULL EXPERIENCE . PLEASE DON'T BUY THERE . let them close .. i m on the internet ecommerce business also ... seriously it is because of people like this that people are scared of buying online sometime !

I switched to eFurnitureMart after another vendor delayed my order for months. eFurniture was excellent; matched a competitive offer, free shipping to the door by Fedex,none of this "you remove from the truck" stuff. Received my order within days and the Hammary couch console looks terrific, solid wood and was delivered without a scratch.

I ordered two pieces of furniture for $1494.30 in July 2016. Kept a copy of the order invoice. Site said product would be available in Sept. 2016. I contacted the company in Sept. and was told it would be delayed until December 2016. Contacted them in Dec. and was told some time in January or waiting to hear from manufacturer any time now. The site said Jan. 2017. I contacted them in Jan 2017 and the response was they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer. In Sept. I was actually able to speak to someone on the phone. All contact thereafter was via email. Phone is never answered and must leave a voicemail. They respond to voicemails via email. Long story short, I received a call from William (CSR) on Jan. 16 at 5:42 p.m. EST) who said he was instructed to call me and tell me that they have decided they have had too many returns on this product and the manufacturer would not take them back so they were stuck with the furniture returns. Because of this they have decided not to carry this product (Stein World Lawrence Credenza Robin's Egg Blue)and they cancelled my order from July 2016. I have spent 6 months waiting for furniture that they apparently never intended to sell to me at the discounted price. As of today the product is on their website as Available - In Stock for $879,00 and the product code SAVE15 will not apply. Order total would be $1758.00 (the original price before I got my discount back in July 2016). The message for applying the coupon code says "The cart does not contain products to which the coupon can be applied." Interesting that it applied when I ordered in July 2016 and now it won't. Bottom line they did not honor my pricing on my order from July 2016, then THEY cancelled my order so if I want it I have to pay a higher price which matches many other furniture companies on the Internet. I asked the reason they were not going to carry this product any longer and William said it was "color" issues for the returns. He said it was not as represented on the pictures yet they are carrying it on their website today (Stein World Lawrenceville Credenza Robin's Egg Blue). I asked William for the manager's name and William said his name was Michael and gave me Michael's email address. I emailed Michael two messages last night after the call from William and received no response as of today. Reported to BBB.

First time buyer via eFurnitureMart therefore I was somewhat nervous that the product and company would achieve my expectations. Upon delivery and very easy set up they exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. The product was exactly (except better) than pictured, it was well wrapped to prevent damage during shipping (my big concern) and arrived in a very timely manner. Would and did recommended to friends and family, I would purchase with eFurnitureMart again without question. This experience was much better than the one we recently experienced in a large furniture showroom, thank you.

I cancelled my order the next day, however the stools were sent out in error. I refused the order but the following week the stools reappeared! A little inconvenient, but managed to have FEDEX pick them up the next day. I was not charged so all is well.
