I bought a Sony Wh-1000XM3, after 4 days of use it already begins to have some problem. It seems so many person have this kind of problem. I'm sending it back and have a refund. Save yourself the money and don't buy them anything...

The order was done the 19/04/20 with the payment via PayPal.

I was informed about the tracking number from DPD Group, and after waiting weeks, I contact them and they confirmed me that they have not received the package.

The delivery time indicated by egloblal.at should have been in between 6-8 days, and it is more than 1 month from the order, and no news, no answer, nothing...

I claim the payment to PayPal, hoping to get any answer.

A BIG SHAME!!!!!!!

Update: Literally not even 5 hours after I wrote this review, I got sent an email with a real fedex tracking number. Apparently they are overnighting my Switch from Hong Kong. Which I think is kind of strange. But I’m glad to hear at least something from them.


Ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite on April 30th. Today has been the 6th straight day I have had a “delay” in my order from the tracking info. I had luckily read the reviews on here about them not shipping items and fake tracking numbers. I emailed them several times with no response. Yesterday I opened a dispute through PayPal asking them where my package was and how long of a delay I was gonna be waiting on. Today I checked and saw where they had initiated a payment reversal through PayPal. No communication, no emails, nothing. Please don’t waste your time with these people. Over 2 weeks of time spent waiting for something that wasn’t even in stock or shipped. And on top of that they lied with fake tracking and fake delivery promises. How is this company still in business.

They were the only one I could find with the product I was looking for. I ordered the last week of March. Because of covid mail services, I received the package May 18. It didn't matter that it didn't come for my daughters only birthday gift on April 25, or the fact that we couldn't track the 230 dollar gift. What matters is it came. Thank you for not letting me know where it was or if it was coming. That was a fun game of cat and mouse.

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days. With Free Economy Express Shipping service, orders are normally delivered within 6 to 8 working days.

That's the delivery they provide, 1 month later nothing, I emailed them several times with no answer. Thank god I bought this with PayPal, just opened a dispute and escalated it with them lets hope I get my money back.

SERIOUSLY don't even waste your time.

I placed my order for a phone on June 11th and it arrived in Toronto on June 17th. After reading all of the bad reviews, I was convinced that I would never get the phone so I emailed them on June 15th in the afternoon and they got back to me the next morning with an update, which was followed up 2 hours later with a tracking number from DHL. Everything went smoothly ... great prices and great service!

Its been 17 days since my order and still no sign of my purchase which was supposed to be a birthday gift and then a graduation gift for my nephew who graduates from college this weekend. Several emails have not been responded to, no one answers their telephone and now there is a further delay. Are they incompetent or crooks or both? You be the judge of that.

Short Story:

By surprise, I got my Nintendo Switch Lite today after waiting in limbo for 3.5 weeks -

Long Story:

I was worried since I saw the reviews here - almost identical to my situation, but I did notice the good reviews too.
It was shipped from Hong Kong and looks like they have a sort of sketchy hub set up in Springfield Gardens, NY.
The initial shipping company from Hong Kong was ‘aramex’ and from Springfield Gardens - it was sent using DHL.
Like everyone else, I agree eGlobal Central US should be more informing about their process. Even if you say it would take a few weeks to be delivered... people will actually be 10 times more ecstatic over it arriving within a week (like some others).
It looks though, that these reviews are mixed between different regions. So when they ship to Canada or Europe - they’re obviously using different companies to ship the item on its final destination leg. It does affect the company as a whole - but maybe that’s why people do buy from them because what they lack in what they charge you is seen through the services they choose to use to get the item to you.
I am going to close my dispute I submitted through PayPal against them - I only did so because it wasn’t clear on what the deadlines were besides the claim you escalate it to within 90 days of purchase, I believe.
For reference, I am located within 5 hours of Springfield Gardens, NY. They detailed this as the location of the package Sunday, April 26th, 2020 - while I received it just today Friday, May 15th, 2020. Very grateful that they threw in an adapter as well, converting from Type I (AUS, China, NZ) to Type A (US, Mex, CAN, Japan).

Thanks to eGlobal Central US for eventually pulling through!

I ordered a Smooth Q gimbal on a Thursday afternoon and received my order in perfect condition by mid-day on Monday (shipped to Canada). The process was smooth and the item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Like many others....placed an order 7 days ago. They took the paypal payment out, but the order has been processing for the last 7 days and will not return messages both from their website and through paypal. Will be escalating a claim tomorrow with Paypal. The lack of communication is unacceptable.

I have placed an order on May 28th 2020 and after several emails to the company there was no response. It has been 2 weeks since the order and still no response from them. I have not gotten any updates regarding the order and it's still processing. I will file a dispute with Paypal at this point. No updates and no response to emails/messages after 2 weeks. Just holding onto my money and no product. Terrible customer service if any is present.

Same as the others, bought a Nintendo Switch and received faulty updates on its status and now it has been stuck on the same status for two weeks. It has been almost a month since I have ordered it with absolutely no contact from the website. This has been the worst company I have seen, so do not follow in the same mistakes that me and other people have. Heed the warnings, and do NOT buy from them.

Happy with purchase (and priority shipping)

I bought a Roborock S50 Max from eGlobal in Feb. Because of the high purchase price and bad reviews I read about eGlobal, I splurged for priority/insured shipping to the US. I got a UPS tracking number and received the Roborock as expected which included a US power adapter. Even with the extra shipping cost, it was still $100+ cheaper than Amazon. This was also right after CNY at the beginning of the pandemic.

Love the Roborock. Appreciate the service from eGlobal.

I purchased a Redmi note 9 on Sunday night (6/7). It was shipped a few hours later from Hong Kong, and delivered by Fedex on Wednesday (6/10). It was exactly what I ordered and it came ridiculously fast. Thanks to eGlobal Central.

Communication was poor, but shipping was a reasonable 4 weeks (with lackluster tracking) and the well priced product arrived in new condition. Came with WA-7 plug, but there are adapters for that.

Ordered on December 9th and the phone was shipped on December 30th. Item was listed as in stock and the expected shipping time was 3 to 5 days. I followed up and was given incorrect shipping dates both times. I was close to requesting a chargeback from Visa. All my messages were responded too.

There would be a lot less hassle if they were honest about shipping times.

No import duties.

Happy with the phone so far. It wasn't available anywhere else
